True. They do go well together in art, (cough) even though their characters couldn't be any less compatible. 

Also, talking about Liara/Javik, am I the only one who wishes Liara romanced another character if you didn't romance her, like Tali and Garrus did? Not necessarily Javik, but I don't like seeing her all alone in my Jackmancing playthrough. :/

I think if Bioware had Liara and Kaidan hook up, assuming of course that neither was romanced, it would have been believable. They both are white hats with fairly similar opinions, and Kaidan will admit to finding Liara physically attractive in Mass Effect 1 if the player has rolled a Male Shep. If Kaidan survives Virmire and is killed during the coup, Liara will remember Kaidan with sadness, stating that he was always kind to her and how his being a fellow biotic made humans seem less alien to her.

@Snookie Oh the things I've seen can't been unseen, those images are burnt deep into my retinas. Kinda would have liked a little mind erasing device like they had in Men In Black that day.

The only option I could see Liara possibly pursuing in the future would be Feron if not romanced by Shep. Although lately I've came across some support for Liara/Sam and I don't think it's that out of the ordinary, both seem pretty alike personality wise. I can't say Kaidan because he is very much dead in most of my playthroughs so yeah that rules him out. 

Also speaking of Jack I've seen some Jack/Liara shipping too, doesn't make a lick of sense, can't remember them saying more than two words to one another. *Shrugs* mixing and matching is fun for some I suppose. Liara doesn't need to worry smart Shep's only have eyes for her.

Well, after seeing a fandom justify incest witth underage brother (One being stuck in armour.) Nothing surprises me anymore.

I could see Miranda/Jack working, because Miranda has serious daddy issues..

One of the Golden rules of any fandom is: ELL. At least it's not Liara/Legion, or Liara/Jane/Wrex, and not forgetting Hanar/Elcor/Sheploo.

The only other one I can almost see is Garrus; I read a fanfic somewhere that actually made him and Liara somewhat believable together...

Do most of you keep the scars on your Liara romancing Shepard, or all of your Shepard's, or some, or none?

Personally Ive always chosen to repair them. Its like my Shepard is covering up his "otherness" in a way, and trying not to freak anyone out.

Honestly? I always thought the scars—and especially the eyes—were a direct appeal to players who like the Sith (or whatever), rather than a reasonable in-world thing.

I thought it not a bit silly, so I always fix them OOC. They heal up after a week or two.

Many like them, of course, so whatever floats your boat. You have come up with an interesting story addition with them, which is cool.

My Renegade keeps her scars just before the LotSB cabin scene.
In ME2 my Renegade goes all psycho on everyone, I think she got a little crazy with the idea of dieing and since Liara is not around to keep her in line, all bets are off in ME2. xD

ME3 is like ME1 more balanced, but I didn't get any scars, because of the surgery.

I only wish there were some scars for my Paragon, he always looks like a puppy. >.<

I don't get the autoflirt with Kaidan either, well maybe in ME1, but I love the love triangle scene. So it's my fault.
In ME3 I just go with the friendship path and not with the romance path, so there is no flirting with Kaidan or Ashley.
Ashley doesn't even talk to my Paragon at all, I think I broke her. o.O

Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like in-character behaviour. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to ship characters.

Kaidan is one of those few characters I can see Liara with for reasons you mentioned.

In case of Ashley being the VS. There is always the possibility of a casual relationship with lots of angry sex and chocolate covered strawberries.

To be fair, my daily rutine consist of going to school, getting back from school to do homework, then realising my day is over and I have to prepare for tomorrow.

I don't think I have had the time to continue writing my story or making my next tabletop RPG campaing.
