Do we know how old Steven Hacket is? I always headcannoned him to be around 100 or so, just because he looks old, and in lore, a person only starts to show their age after their 90's. Shepard should easily be able to live till 200, seeing as how Miranda also can live that long, and both are upgrades of the standard human.

Well, he was born in 2134, so he's only 52 in ME3.

Oh snap! Really? That's so peculiar, especially since Anderson is what...in his 60's? At least in the books, they made Anderson out to be quite the elderly ^_^

Oh btw, thanks for ruining my headcannon Snookie!:pinched:

@Frudi true Ashley was treated very poorly in ME3, she had some much potential with her military family history and all, could have fleshed out that a bit more perhaps. Compared to Kaidan she was pretty anti-social on the ship, not mixing with anyone else just staying put in her quarters. She's an intelligent girl, why didn't we get to see more of the Ash of ME1? When you look at Kaidan's content jeez what the hell Bioware.<_<

Also, his romance scene is better than Ash's IMO.

Damn, he really needs a vacation after the war then, he looks like bad for 52.

Anderson's only 49. Kind of odd, because they've always said a fifty year old would look almost the same as a thirty year old today. Hackett disagrees...

Sorry for ruining your headcanon even further. :(

Doesn't the AI entity (reference) make it rather clear that it isn't Shepard?

Regardless, I find the idea (upload your brain to be with your partner forever) rather more creepy and terrifying than romantic.

Yeah, I think it's made abundantly clear that the AI created in control ending is not Shepard, it is merely an AI based on Shepard. That's why I will never trust it enough to actually consider picking control, especially with how hard the previous AI construct (Starchild) tried to convince us that synthetics (including himself and potential ShepAI) just fundamentally don't understand organics.

I've also always been against the idea of any kind of relationship between ShepAI and Liara (or any LI for that matter). I do kind of understand the romantic appeal of it, but to me it's not just creepy but also unfair and cruel to Liara. Better to let her believe her Shepard is completely gone; well, she actually is gone, the fact that ShepAI is actually an AI construct, possibly altered in unpredictable ways, makes the whole romance idea even more creepy.

[I'm also allergic to life extension treatment for Shepard - maybe because the implication is that the writer doesn't think that Liara is worth perusing if you can't grow old together?]

I don't understand this one though... why does not growing old together matter? I honestly don't see how the difference in lifespan would devalue their relationship in any way.

Goddamit Snookie! I'm getting seriously jipped right now. What's next, you're going to tell me there isn't a mass relay next to Pluto? Element Zero is a fake element? Asari don't exist?

....

Someone hold me!:crying:

Shhh....it's okay....

*Crumples up paper stating there isn't a relay next to Pluto, eezo is fake, and asari are (probably) not real behind your back.*

Anyone else get that weird bug in the DLC, where Liara begins to say something along the lines of, "I don't want Leviathan in your head", but instead of finishing it, it skips to the line above.

Edit:
I found it

Both Anderson and Hackett look way older than they should. Even today 50-year-olds look younger than them and that's without the benefit of almost two more centuries of medical progress.

Just pretend the two of them looked much younger before but the war had really taken a toll on them ;)

In my game she starts to say the line as it's in the screenshot above, but her voice cuts out for a bit and then continues after a second or so.

edit: it's actually like Snookie said, her voice cuts out before the previous line ends (about Shepard not talking to Leviathan again), then continues normally with "I don't want any tentacled..."

^^Yeah, I've never even heard the first part of that line because it always skips over it. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to say "I'd appreciate it if you refrained from talking to Leviathan any further."

All the Leviathan lines seem kind of bugged. That's the only one that skips, but some of them seem to be a little too fast.

Yeah what's up with that, you'd swear someone had a gun jabbed in their back or something, super fast lines, good thing I always have the subtitles on to catch some things I miss.B)

Well who knows what their MSheps were up to when they shut down the game. Looks like they were sneaking off into the starboard observation deck

I never took Shep for a smoker.
I suppose the stresses eventually catch up with you - see Hackett for example, he definitely has some
'space-miles' on him.

Ali and Liara disapprove of wandering Sheps, I suppose Liara could make a joke about Broshep being faster than a speeding bullet or just use one:whistle::lol: I'm joking, I'm sure he's great:P

I have no hate for the batarians as a whole, just the mean ones who bomb colonies with asteroids.
As EDI puts it, "I've found the Batarians to be much more agreeable now that the Hegemony isn't constantly watching them."

EDIT: My first top. Exciting. :P

Hey, don't shoot the messenger... it's not like I forced MShep into bed with Samara at gunpoint :P

And just in case someone here doesn't actually recognise them - those aren't just two random cosplays, they're Rana McAnear, the face (and cleavage ) of Samara, and Mark Meer, the voice of male Shepard. Hence, it's official =]
