I haven't posted in this thread before, but I've been reading it for... 200 or 300 pages now?  I just adore Liara's character, to the point where the paramour achievement was actually one of the very last ones I got in ME2, in spite of being one of the easiest.  But I have just the one Shepard, and I loved that relationship with Liara so much that it just felt 'wrong' to cheat on her with another character.  (That's the point where you start wondering if you're taking your gaming too seriously.  [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/wondering.png[/smilie] )

I'm an Xbox player, so HQ caps are out, but I wanted an image of Liara and my Shep for a wallpaper, so I took one, enlarged it to 1920x1200, then slapped a filter on it to make it look like a painting and hide the bluriness.  Came out okay, I think:

Welcome to the thread, and nice picture. It seems like that flower was placed there for the sole purpose of looking purdy in screenshots of that scene.

Looks good, but holy **** at the size of Shep's arms.

They are so small in that scene.

I mite be weirder then you. I still don't have ME2 paramour achievement, for the same reason why you waited so long. Just feels wrong to do it. I'll go to do it then back out at the last minute.

This is pretty awesome, so many new faces lately and don't worry Ali will love you for staying faithful to Liara, it's a dealbreaker for her:P;)

Welcome to the Liara thread. Good picture except that Femsheps arms looks small but other than that good picture.

Also: I could totally See Liara on a harp or piano if we're picking from human insturments. She could do wonders with a flu flooper, jing tinglers, tar tinkers, and possibly a set of who wompers as well. *grins*

Even thought Kai Leng role could have been better in ME3, he still is a skilled assasin.

He is a skilled assassin, but he was poorly written and portrayed in the game. If whoever wrote him sticked to the Leng from the books, he would be a very dangerous and tough opponent.

I regret not getting the super-duper-epic edition of ME3, because it came with something similar to that. Although, if I'd propped that up in my room somewhere, I'm not sure my family would have understood.

Sure did. Back in my March my local EB Games had editions that were like the N7 Collectors Edition, but came with this statue of Liara.
But if I recall, it was about $150AUD. Quite a bit, so I didn't pick it up.
Doesn't look very Liara-ish anyway.

Anyways, how about some Angry! Liara? Sometimes Its nice to see her inner badass and her aggressive side. I think we have some fans in here, from some previous discussions I overheard, so here is a good one that I forgot about:

 Ok so just finished Leviathan not going to go into detail but i liked the possession scene with Bryson,  I did it multiple times to see what would happen if i kept on renegade interupting and even though canon i stopped without doing one, the full scene was good just not fitting to Tiberius.   The last mission was good also but I'm not entirely happy with the explanation of the Reapers conception..... a bunch of evil galaxy ruling chtlulhus built a bunch of robo-chtluthus that did the same thing and killed them off, meh it's like someone looked at a crappy version of Frankenstein and said lets do that.  or atleast that's what it came off as to me.   but it does atleast make some kind of sense so i'm not pissed or anything i was just thinking of something a little more complex or exciting for a reaper origin story.   Liara did say most of the lines though and i was happy with the little interactions.  

The worst thing about the DLC for me though was in the second mission i ran into a glitch on the ladders on one section and actually got killed before i could find a way down the ladders.  Overall I liked The DLC it wasn't on LOTSB levels but i wasn't expecting it to be so my hopes weren't really dashed or anything.

@Yuqi:  Even though i said i wasn't going to take any screens on this run through i couldn't help myself and I'll post the best ones after I'm done playing tonight and sort them out:D

Also i just had the meeting with the Dalatrass also and all i can say is i forgot how badass that renegade interrupt at the end felt.  Shepard and his bro Wrex turning in unision angry and determined the only thing i think was missing was Shep flipping the dalatrass the bird when she continues yapping after he's started leaving

Females are easier to draw/model than males, so I blame Fsheps arms on: pure laziness. And yes they can do it, because they did a good job with Femhawke..

Hey there.
A bit of arguing, started (unintentionally) by me, a fair bit of headcanon, including Shepard and friend's ages and speculated life-spans. A bit of cosplay, a bit of batarian hate..

..a distinct lack of little blue children..


..some talk about the endings, obviously, some Liara eyes admiration, talk about prefered armour/outfits, a bit of smut, some badarse Liara, some cute Liara, some sad as hell Liara and some e-Drinking.
