True, you could take Garrus and Jack. However, they don't complement every class/style of play, so having a new story element involved with their specific presence would be annoying, especially in harder difficulties.

Yes I got your point and I understand why BW did it that way but still, it's just irritating that your friend is calling you a traitor and you can't tell him/her the truth. So as I said I agree with you and I understand why it is the way it is.

Execpt such a change is not because Shepard's brain got messed up (Which is what I assume she means). A Shepard becoming slightly less idealistic can easily be natrual given the events they experienced.

I'm not sure what she meant by that actually.  If Shepard is changed in anyway, same morals, etc.  If my paragon Shepard is now doing renegade things, then that to me means Shepard morals have changed.  That change could be from Lazerus or the situation Shepard is put into.  I'm blaming Cerberus.  Easier for me that way, because I can't stand Cerberus and I really didn't want to work with them.

I like how TIM says that Shepard is too idealistic from the start.  Well, then TIM, why rebuild Shepard if you always thought that?  That guy is a complete f-wad.


My canon femShepard appreciated Liara keeping her body out of the Collector hands and that selfless act made her love Liara more.  She now knows Liara will do anything for Shepard, just like Shepard would do anything for Liara.

the more balanced femsheps reactions are the more believable the character is for me. paragon scores show my tendancy not to pick renegade options just to be difficult. there are fewer situations were being a renegade makes sense because my femshep isnt a total jerk, she just doesnt like being jerked around

i dont choose neutral responses often because 99% of the time they parrot a different result with less interesting dialogue, not because i dont get p/r points. shepard is always dealing w/ tuff decisions and sticky situations, there just isnt a lot of room to play to the middle when the stakes are so high

a balanaced split is preferable but even when that happens i will still consider femshep paragon first with a dash of renegade. shepard is not a bad girl or an a**hole, she just plays one on tv sometimes

I asked about what stats make either a paragade or renagon and having one bar full isn't either one.  Some said >80% and the other is about 50ish or so.  One bar should not be full. 

BTW, I did ask that on this thread.

Miri/Jack demands a collection of 80% of all possible paragon points in order to open the charm option. Taali/Legion only 60%. Do Miri/Jack option as fast as possible and all missions you do before should have had a paragon conclusion. That way, you can open the option. Also remember to take the class bonus that offers a larger P/R bonus just before undertaking the mission that activates the arguements.

The Lazarus project seemed to bring Shepard back exactly as she were. That your Shepard adopted a difrent viewpoint afterwards is beyond the project's control.

Because Shepard is a hero, a bloody icon. The one who can unite everyone to fight the Reapers. Why he decide to kill her when she finally does it, I do not know.

ppl in power often recognize it getting a difficult job done sometimes means relying on ppl with different motivations. dedication to an ideal can be the difference between staying the course and second guessing commitment to a cause. TIMmy knows shepard will get the job done even if it means they wont be friends when its done

Shepard is very much like TIMmy and the ShadowBroker: the ends may or may not justify the means used to get there but failure is not an option

I never take Kaidan with me on Illos.  I usually take Liara and Tali.  I even use that combo if Shepard is a biotic.  That combo as a biotic was one of the best playthroughs.  Saren never stood a chance.

Since Liara never thought about being with anyone before Shepard, I highly doubt she would cheart on Shepard ever.  She was so heartbroken when Shepard got spaced that she couldn't let Shepard go.

It seems a lot of people play the game how they think it should be played and not how they actually want to play it.

Personally I wish that they would just lose the whole blue/red choices. Just let the player choose, with all dialogue options open, based on their Shepards. Don't really see the purpose of it all.

I am also making a series called Mass Effect Meets Archer.
Where I used audio from the comedy Archer and put them in Mass Effect scenes.

I get many good responses and especially for the role that Liara plays in it.
