I really, really like all the biotic glowing stuff in the games, wish they'd do more of that. The intimidation factor in charging up the biotics, ready to unleash the dark energy is just so damn cool. Especially when knowing what those powers can do. I liked the biotic parts in Liara comics so in the games Singularity and Warp feels kind of disappointing.

Damn it, why can't I enjoy fan-fiction? I'm jealous of you guys, because I try reading them, but they just make me miserable. They're good, but they should be in-game cut-scenes, damn it.

I also find the Rae one posted above a bit too sexual. Is that a strange complaint? Different tastes, I suppose.

I tend to just visualize an in-game cutscene in my head while I read. Works well enough.

Writing them, on the other hand, I can't do anymore it seems. Hence why I only write OC things at the moment.

I am somewhat ambivalent about the "Can Wait" series, it is a very well-written story and quite tasteful with some points especially in the first one being really poignant but at the same time it is too explicit and strongly-sexual for my taste.

if you are interested in a sexual story in the same general area as Can Wait but more subdued then Theodoro has written a similar one with Mshep and Liara which is however more sensual and sweet than sexual and more toned down and pleasent so-to-speak compared to "Can Wait", which I would highly recommend.

Is that a common one? The more I look around the forums the more hate I find. Some subtle (bad parent) others not (f*cking ugly alien b*tch). There is no acceptance to be had on the BSN, I'm finding.

Not really, there are plenty of good works out there. With a few exceptions, the better MShep stories I’ve read have been Miranda or Jack, though.

Maybe you should give it a go? It’s either that or give up and just start reading FShep/Liara

You can safely read the first 29 chapters of Unity, Eevy’s out cold still :happy:

Well i too don't have a problem with the MSheps both custom and default. I just have a problem with MShep zealots who thankfully do not visit this thread.

And i too started out playing as FShep, so for me Liara with anyone else than FShep just looks wrong to me. The same goes for my FShep.
