You know it's not really a competition which LI thread has the biggest page count. I'd rather take smaller page count with thoughtful and interesting discussion, than a bigger page count filled with posts just for the sake of getting more posts.

Well, the Mirimancers are always arguing aspects of the character, so there you won't see people posting just for getting more pages (although there is a large amount of trolls there that help a little in that department). As for the Talimancers, I never stopped by that thread but I'm sure it only consists on people talking about her hips or about her sweat.

One thing that sucks is that on every thread but this one there's a lot of Liara hate simply because she has more content on ME3, which sucks because people forget she was hardly in ME2.

Ah, I should've expressed myself clearer.

I wasn't referring to any other LI threads there or that their content would be any lesser than ours. And I haven't even visited any other LI threads so it's not like I could even comment on that matter. 

What I meant was that since the whole page count thing is no competition with other LI threads, I'd rather see us getting our page count up at its own pace by discussing interesting stuff, instead of just trying to fill the thread with "meaningless" posts, just for the sake of getting a bigger page count so that we could surpass other LI threads.

Miranda is one of my fav characters of the ME series why they didn't expand on her ex- Cerberus background in ME3 still baffles me, we're fighting them throughout the game, seriously.<_< She's a great character, she deserved more!

I also would have loved some small interaction between Liara and Miranda when she went onto the Normandy in ME2, you think after all they went through to retrieve Shep's body they'd have something to say to one another.:whistle:Another wasted opportunity.

By the way i've been toying with an idea. What if the human's were the Protheans of the current cycle and Shepard was put into hibernation by Hackett and Anderson to rebuild human civilization, but instead became the last human in the galaxy.
Cerberus is instead a Turian supremacist organization and Garrus is the new Council Spectre and has gathered the known team.

And how would Liara react to finding a live human?:happy:

P.S. Joker could be a smartass Salarian or Hanar.

Don't worry, I wasn't offended by your comment, in fact I agree that sometimes there are a lot of useless posts in the Miranda thread or probably any other that add absolutely nothing to the topic.

Yeah, a lot of people are on the same boat that you are, even her non-fans thought it was weird she didn't have any involvement in the cerberus plot. Most of them think there was no reason why Miranda couldn't join Shepard for at least Cronos Station.

And I would really love some interaction between her and Liara. It would also give some info on Redemption for those who didn't read the comic; such a wasted opportunity.

There's a regular there that loves pairing Miranda with Liara, even wrote a fic about it. That would be an unusual pairing. Still better than Liara/Aria IMO though.

Thanks to Rae I can't picture anyone else but Tevos being with Aria, it's pretty ingrained in my mind now. I posted in there once but you guys move at super FTL speed when I went back you jumped a few pages, my eyes were hurtin'! I lurk most of the time now, the lolz are magnificent!

Trust me i want to write it, but though i'm top of my class in english i suck at writing action scenes and sometimes i just get hit by writers block.

I had begun on a story titled Mass Effect Enterprise, that took place in 2253, several years after the reaper war. Around 70 years, like the ww2 for us and how it affected the people living in the post war society. The story follows an Alliance navy officer named Alexandra Harper Herd, a supposed descendant of The Illusive Man, with Harper being her mothers name. It would have centered around her ascendance to Spectre, and her investigation into a dormant lost Reaper, corruption within C-Sec and the Spectres themself and the discovery of her heritage.

She would've teamed up with the grandchildren of the known Normandy crew and team members, including Shepard and Liara's daughter who would be a foul mouthed Asari Commando. With appearances by the old crew and Joker who would be Fleet Admiral together with Ashley.

I had begun on it a month before Mass Effect 3 was released, and you all know how that clusterf*ck ended and i deleted the story. Though still have the first chapter saved on my computer. And now i can't seem to get myself to write again.

@Achaewa: You should get back on the horse! Your concept sounds interesting enough that I'd give the first chapter a shot at least!

Edit: Although I can't see Liara letting her daughter grow up to use coarse language on a regular basis.  Maybe she's only foul-mouthed when she knows her mom can't hear her?  But then... the Shadow Broker always finds out....

Trust me i want to write again and i'm good at writing dialogue, it's just that i suck at writing action scenes, unlike PMC or others here on the thread, whose fics i've read.

Though my idea for Diasomante (my name for Shepard and Liara's daughter), Dia for short is that she would take after Shepard, which Liara wouldn't be happy about. Preferring that she takes up archaeology like her.
Shepard in my story would also be longer lived due to the Cerberus tech she has installed. And yes she would only be foul mouthed when she knows/think her mother doesn't listen.

Edit: In my story Shepard was on the same wavelength as Aethyta.

Hey guys, has anyone ever discovered this?

I'm currently playing ME1, and I've just found that if you lead Liara (and other LI's, I assume) onto the dance floor at Flux and talk to her, you do a little 'sexy dance' with her. Of all the things I've found in Mass Effect, this is the best of them.
I literally did nothing but dance with her for about ten minutes. Liara dancing is really fun to watch.
I'd take a screenshot, but I'm on Xbox, unfortuanately.

Of course this is probably old news for you guys, but I feel like I've just discovered the holy grail or something.
