Yes, but it is still human biased ingame. Human's see them as female and that's why they are called an "all female race" in the codex.

I would go as far as to say that when they conform to every aspect that classifies an individual as female that they are in fact females

Cool I've never seen this before... but this requires you to ignore LOTSB, BLASPHEMY!!! Also as a result of my continuous viewing of BSG lately damn I'm starting to love Tricia Helfer's voice more and more.

Urrgh bad news for DA3: multiplayer was confirmed. I wonder how much will be cut to accommodate it. (I don't mind ME3 multiplayer..but..I don't want it in DA).

Nope. A short breath doesn't really count as closure in my book. As they have said, it could be the last breath before death for all we know.
