I know I'm not on as much as I used to. However, I don't know if this has been mentioned or not. I'm sure it has.

Anyway, I thought I would let everyone, in case you didn't already, the Leviathan DLC did fix Liara's dialogue at the beginning of the game. It is nice to hear her say she will always remember her tour of the Normandy.

^Yeah, it's been mentioned. It was indeed pretty nice to finally hear that dialogue though. =]

I wasn't sure, so I thought I would mention it.

Liara's writer back in March didn't think that was going to get fixed.  Glad they did.  It's nice to hear her mention months and not years.

What did you thought the first time you saw Liara fighting with javik after thessia and later Liara crying in her cabin?

A little intimidated at first. She's scary when she's angry...:?

(Also pretty sexy...*Cough.*)

As for the cabin scene, I felt the need to comfort her. Unfortunately, I never really got to...

Nah, she'd never wear that armour again. Too much pain and guilt associated with it over that horrific day above Alchera :(

And so as not to be a downer, here's a happily contemplative Liara:

True, I just think Liara looks cool in that armor variant. =]

Same way a woman crams herself into a corset or heels.
Very painfully.

I guess that's why Liara's the only one who ever bothered to put one on. xD

Although I guess there is a possibility their helmets assemble themselves on their heads Darth Vader style...

As nice as it is, bugfixes should always be provided free of charge.

I really dislike piercings anywhere other than the ears IMO, so that's a 'meh' from me.

Doesn't reallly fit Liara anyway, tbh.

The way Quarians get drunk - very carefully

I'd say either crest-ends-in-first or, more likely, they use some multi-segment design that clamps together in place.

Don't think they suit her. Maybe if they were in a different colour?

Also, is she supposed to be on Mars in 2128 ? Because that wouldn't exactly be possible...

I imagine it's something like moving a couch into your buddy's apartment. You gotta bring it in at an angle and then hook it. I'm sure it's a two-person job. ;)

I'm still convinced Liara has one of those Darth Vader esque armor/helmet assembly chambers sitting around somewhere.

I can just imagine her doing this to me when I'm trying to talk to her.

No, not yet anyway, maybe the fix will be included in the next patch (if there ever is one).

At least there's still the option of fixing it yourself with gibbed.

Talking about stomaching omni-blades...I just realized this dialogue existed. I honestly like it more than the other variants...B)

Never seen that before....

Why couldn´t we get that line instead in a perfect playthrough?

Shep sounds more badass here, then with the Thane line.

P.S. You forgot the drum effect to my pun!   :crying:

There are a few drugged up 'Red Sand Liara' pics around. I think that deserves to be one of them.

I just about pissed myself watching that, especially during the last few seconds - the stare off.
Much appreciated.

I always miss out on the good stuff.

You guys need to keep the thread going, just for a bit longer. Please?
I still need you.

The face-mask doesn't even make sense really. It'd only be useful in a vacuum environment, and it won't stop a bullet, so wearing it anywhere else would be useless.
I liked the ME1 helmet, personally.

The problem is that it isn't even useful in a vacuum unless it protect her eyes and skin as well, it is not enough simply to be able to breathe, being in space or similar is not the same as being under water.
I have to imagine that there is a near-invisible mass effect field that protects the rest of her face and head, otherswise Posted Image

I hate the fact that it's taken me this long to find this thread. I hope I haven't joined it just as it's dying.
Maybe the new DLC's will increase through-traffic a bit.

I don't worry we have been through adversity before, at our worst, a couple of months before ME3 there sometimes went an entire day without posting. But we living strong, real life is just taken its toll on the time many of us have to spend as school/work has started again. Our FTL-postin depends usually on three things, new members, new content or new discussions.
Don't worry we will be here yet Posted Image

When I saw her "fight" with Javik I was a toss between being impressed and satisfied. While I do not like to see Liara in a bad mood it was nice to see her standing up for herself to Javik and showing that she does have claws she will use when she really is angry.
I prefer when she is her loving and tender self but it is nice to see that she does more have sides to herself and is a rounded character who is not perfect and can get upset when the situation warrants it.

In the scene where she is crying shortly after my sympathy for her was at its peak and I so wanted to comfort her. That we could not really do so is still the thing I would have most liked changed in the game after the ending.

I do not think that heavy armours suits her, they certainly give her a more combat-agressive feel but i am more a fan of the elegant appereance of her light armours and am glad she wears those in-game, I would not object to the heavy variant being available, I just would not use it, looks to cumbersome for her IMO.

SergeantSnookie wrote...

If you look in ME1 you will see that asari helmets are considerably longer than human ones, they way the crest is shaped it would not be hard to take the helmet on, it should just be done the opposite way of with humans (i.e. from behind the head with crest first rather than the face-first way humans use)

TOP: despite her skin not being as bright blue as I would have liked and her eyes not as deep sapphire blue this remains my absolute favourite of neeh's gifs.
