Any English Liaramancers hanging around here? ^_^

Well, my dad's English and my mums Swedish. That counts, right?

It sure does, both countires are equally awesome :) I'd like to visit Sweden some time!

I usually cross the border to Sweden to buy cheap alcohol (amongst others things). Everthing in Oslo is so expensive... Posted Image

And I always manage to miss out on all the good stuff around here. Happy belated birth year to Liara.

They are pretty far away, but still have Viking heritage...

I would say yes.

Well you know the saying in Norway. 'There are two kinds of people in the world. Those who are Norwegian and those who wish they were.' Okay, I'm joking. Well there really is a saying like that, but I'm not all hell-bent on world domination. Posted Image

You can just imagine that she does, several of us have our own ideas and thoughts of details about Liara that we do not hear anything about itn the game.

And she is my dream girl (quite literally as I have had dreams about her)

I do wonder how Liara would handle alcohol.

Anyone got any idea what kind of cuisine the asari would be into? The only ingame tidbits we get are from ME2 when Mess-Sergeant Gardner says that his calamari (sp?) gumbo is based off an asari recipe.

I don't know why, but I kind of think they would be vegetarians because of their whole ability to meld with any sapient organic thing. I don't know. Would you eat a cow if you could mate with it? Then again I do think they would eat seafood - like a delicacy of prestige or something.

I would love to see her drunk! I bet she'd actually become really outgoing, and would probably do a lot of foolish things that would make her ashamed the next morning. Hey, we've all been there.

Love Guinness. One of the things on my to do list before I die is to go to Ireland and have the real thing. But, yeah, poor Liara would get tipsy after a few gulps I think.

Cows aren't sapient, I don't think they would eat humans, salarians or turians etc regardless of whether they could meld with them Posted Image

I think asari diet are as varied as that of humans.  I think everything from meat to fruit and vegetables etc. would be part of the menu with some asari prefering one thing and others something else, just like with us.

I can't stand the black stuff myself, more into light beers or drinks mixed with vodka when I'm out. Back to Liara I'd imagine she'd be a wine drinker.

True, you're right. I wonder if there are sensory effects with their food as in the mystery drink at Eternity in ME2 making Shepard hallucinate, sort of, and the sensory music band Morinth is into. I just think with their telepathy and emphasis on their neural abilities that this might be the case. But, then, would that make things like narcotics?

Iv'e had my fair share of Vodka. Maybe not in the same scenario as you've probably had
I can't get enough of the stuff. I prefer Bourbon, though.

I agree with the wine thing although i would like to add brandy into the mix also, plus i headcanon that she enjoys cognac ever since Shepard introduced her to it during a very small intimate captains dinner aboard the Normandy SR1
