The fan art is better than Traynor's scene for that reason. If they were going to set a sex scene in the shower, you don't necessarily have to show the naughty bits but there should have at least been enough exposed skin to get the point across. Implied nudity works as well as actual nudity.

Worst fanfict I've ever read?
There is this side story which I read pairing Liara and Javik. And I didn't read the main story but I hear it has a 3some between FShep, Liara and James. Wth? I end up arguing with the author in a couple of pms because that's not the Liara character I know. Waste of time. After that I only read specific Liara and FShep story.

In what sense? I don't know about raw assets, but there quite a bit of complete works on DA. Example:

I'd also imagine that the release of SFM will result in a lot more content in the (near) future.

Annnd I see that Yuqi did with her dolls the same thing I did to my action figures after awhile:)  I think I broke more then half of them either melting them with things or smashing them to just see them fly apart. Ah, good times.

Also, Im not sure Ive read enough fanfiction to really pick a super bad one. Mostly I just read the ones I think are good, so that means by default all the other ones are bad.( Im Kidding folks:) ) There was this one with  self-insert into Mass Effect about some guy playing the Violin for Tali or something...I thought that was a little weird.

I'v got nothing against erotic fanfic, or fanfics that include graphic sex scenes. There are plenty of mainstream novels that include similar scenes. Take 50 Shades of Grey for instance. But like less risque fic I think it is important for the characters to stay in character, and any pairings in fan fiction have to make sense within the greater context of Bioware's story.

I second that Han! F*ck that audio-book would be sexy! But seriously the author was inspired by Twilight nuff said about her quality of work right there.<_< Most mornings on a fav Irish radio station of mine Todayfm they invite celebrities in to read extracts from the book, sooo hilariously bad!

Just imagine George Takei reading an excerpt from the book. Tell me that would not be funny, at least a little.

On topic. I've only read one fanfic. It was on deviant art, and Liara died in it. I haven't touched a fanfic since.

The most annoying fics for me are when Shep is friendly with everyone (I mean super friendly.). Kind of turns me of the fic.

I´m not sure if it´s on purpose, but I have read some femshep/Liara fanfics where the writer seems to carry a grudge against Traynor (meaning she´s portrayed as a clingy a bit stalkerish character with a crush on Shepard).

EDIT: Oh! And Benezia. For some reason I always stumble upon fanfics that feature Benezia as some cold hearted **** (mostly in AU´s) that Liara doesn´t love or care about.

A lot of people have mentioned this. It must be a very common scenario for fics. It seems to make sense on the surface, (prothean lover with a  prothean) but if they knew anything about the story/characters they'd realise it doesn't make sense.
