Sadly I have encountered people much older than that, who still believe in fairytales, so yeah

But as for this discussion, I tend to have a problem with my Shepard acting like a complete sociopathetic ****. So, I go for the paragon route
Besides, realism isn´t really most videogames strong suite, and ME is no exception. So, I think we are allowed to indulge in our inner hero once in awhile

Oh he's real alright and the quality of chocolate he is giving me lately has gone down alot.<_< The bunny feels the recession too I guess. RL can suck at times, retreat into fantasy, RL will crush your fragile spirit eventually.

@Casino Royale: I'd suggest looking up themarshal's work on ff.net. The author's got a post-Synthesis fic with an alive Shepard that I can't wait to be updated. It's a little bittersweet, but very, very good (and a happy ending seems forthcoming!). Also, a while back (maybe... August 18th ish?) a bunch of us discussed our favorite Liaras/Shepards from fanfic. I got quite a few recommendations from that discussion!
