Yeah, I understand that real life is rarely perfect, but I'm talking about fiction here. I'm not exactly looking for a realistic account of their life full of worries and woes, just something nice that lets me sleep at night.
Also, it's all just a bit of tongue-in-cheek.

Another Scandinavian reports in duty. Is Azure flagship of all vikings or just danes? If it is united flagship then I'm ready to man my post. Also if we get under attack send us polarbear riders in frontline. After that danes can warm up the sauna and norwegians can bring the drinks. Swedes will handle the music. You can all just relax while finns hold the line.

The Azure welcomes anyone who calls themself a Viking; whether you be a Norwegian, a Dane, a Finn or a Swede. We all stand together. :innocent:

Anyway, see you guys. My girlfriend just got back from a month-long trip to Poland, so I'll probably miss 2100. Put in a word for me, maybe? :)

By the way, Liara is actually 121 years old in ME3. Assuming asari takes Thessia year as their standard calculation, and Thessia orbital period is 0.9 earth years. 109 / 0.9 = 121.111 years old.

What? I have nothing else to do.

edit: oh oh there are more. So I heard somewhere in the game, 40ish is supposed to be asari's teenage years. If Shepard was 29 in the first game, that'd make her around 14-15 by Asari standard. edit: or younger, 12?

I don't know about you, but  I'd feel tickish when dating a 14 years old of a short-lived species, and I'm 20ish.

I think you're looking into it just a teensy bit too much. She's 109 Earth years old, 121 Thessia years old, just depends which one you want to use. Its complicated.
Also by human standards, 29 is 29, and more than mature enough.

I don't think the standards carry across perfectly, if you tried to match it up perfectly, you'd get roughly 15 human years per asari century, which makes Liara only a tiny bit over 15. It would also mean that the asari on Illium moved out at the human equivalent of 9 years old, so it doesn't work perfectly.

However, we can be sure that they're both consenting adults. Perhaps we should leave it at that. ^_^

^ This.

Liara's moved out of her mother's house, completed her studies and earned a doctorate, and already built a successful professional career for herself by the time she meets Shepard.  So unless you're gonna try to make the case that's she's the asari Doogie Howser...  :?

Hey everyone needs a fairytale every now and then and Tiberius loves telling them to his children.  Also nice top i love that pic by FNH

TIberus is such a cool name! It's even sexier with in Italian! The way it just rolls of the tounge as you say it..

Don't worry Yuqi i know you have a small infatuation with him and the other custom brosheps on this thread,  and good news for you for once It looks like I'll enter a weekend without a massive amount of studies to do for watercolor or modeling to do for sculpture so I guess I'll kill time by finishing up my latest playthrough and grabbing some pics of Tiberius and his lovely lady for you to ogle at.

Also i'm going to say it again where is this fanart that you had us all donate mshep pics to?

Eh it's been up for a while, on imageshak or W/e it's called.

@Moore you forget that she doesen't have a pot of gold. You should go after her treasure instead.
@Theo thanks for this

@Dragon thanks for providing soundtrack. I cracked up.
@Akernis you really should start drinking something. Alcohol always make world seem a bit better place. I recommed dry apple cider.
@Yugi another renegade here. And you're right 100% perfect living in a fantasy world of love and affection is really painful to read.
@GT Zazzerka life can be really awesome at a times but it is never living in superior state of bliss from day to day. I also have som questions about Australia but now I need to run to work.

Oh? Yeah, but... I prefer, you know, actual drawings.
Plus, XNALara has rather poor lightning system, makes the models look empty if you know what I mean.

More pictures to be saved, good stuff.
Better keep my folder secure, my brother already thinks/knows I've been being weird about ME3 recently, without him finding such a folder.

It was a bad idea to start another run of ME3. There are onion ninjas everywhere, and I'm not even certain why.
I noticed that a modified version of 'An End, Once and For All' plays when you see Starkid in the vent, and that song is like weaponised piano to me.

That´s also cool. My mindset was just set on XNALara, because my own drawing skills are ****.

And it´s true the models seems flat. Thats why I use GIMP to touch it all up with different effects.

Perhaps you should put it in "Definitely not Mass effect" folder. B)

I'm sure that is not true. Everyone has a unique style and your art is wholly your own. Everyone starts out drawing stick figues and gradually improves from there. The more you encourage yourself to draw, the faster you’ll improve.

And what is this GIMP? Sounds exciting, I should look into it.
edit: which looks strikingly close to Photoshop, never mind.

Well, I just finished playing that song :P. I only learned to play the organ in 2 years when I was 7, so it's not good. And I don't have a sheet for the EC part, so that part could be weird.
An end once and for all
I save it for page 2100 but I have to go now, so probbaly I will miss it.

Mines a ******. He'll walk in while I'm playing and say, "Oh no! You're not going to cry are you?"
He said he half expects to walk in on me with with a life-sized Liara pillow, the little bastard.

That was lovely. I have no musical knowledge, but I'm considering picking up a keyboard primarily to learn these songs. Could be a bad idea.
For some reason it's the part at 1:13 that hits me hardest, I love/hate that bit.

If you'd done your homework,  you'd know Finland isn't actually part of Scandinavia (we're part of Fennoscandia though) ;). And as good Finns like we are, we should remain neutral in this conflict, like we've always done. We're just here in the middle of nowhere, separated from all the other living beings having our eternal battle against the nature like this and this.

BUT if either side tries to invade our country however, I warn you, we'll destroy you with a log and an epic laugh! ! (well, there was the molotov cocktail too, but who cares, details, bah!)

Although, if one side threatens us, we might ally with the other, and with umm how many of us there are here, 3 peeps(?), we equal 30 men, so that could easily turn the tide.

I really wanna listen to it, but soundcloud refuses to work on my computer.

Edit: FINALLY!! TOP! Picture picture picture! Which one? I am so nervous I don't know which one to pick. Manly Shepard for once.
