You people are way to sensitive - discussing a hypothetical alien's sweat is a perfectly good exercise for biochemists and such. It's a *hypothetical* question, and does not necessarily imply that the discusser actually wants to taste it - *that* would be creepy and weird.

Fair points.
So then, Liara's sweat: cinnamon or blueberry?

The biochemist in me says salt, but that's not fun at all.

It's blueberry. Cause she's blue. It all makes too much sense.

Edit: in middle of MP game. Will post soon.
GO!

In regards to the sweat issue there is a fine line between curiosity and creepy, I rather steer clear of that strange discussion, T n' A is more appealing!^_^ Also Happy 2100!:wizard:

I think you're looking into it just a teensy bit too much. She's 109 Earth years old, 121 Thessia years old, just depends which one you want to use. Its complicated.
Also by human standards, 29 is 29, and more than mature enough.

I don't think the standards carry across perfectly, if you tried to match it up perfectly, you'd get roughly 15 human years per asari century, which makes Liara only a tiny bit over 15. It would also mean that the asari on Illium moved out at the human equivalent of 9 years old, so it doesn't work perfectly.

However, we can be sure that they're both consenting adults. Perhaps we should leave it at that. ^_^

Earth years?? I might be wrong, but something tells me that when Liara says she´s 109 years old she means 109 galatic standard years, since that would make alot more sense for her to use than Earth years (mostly because it´s a time measurement that all the Citadel races use).

She was born when the Earth calendar was on the year 2077, equaling 106 when the Earth calendar is on 2183.
She says 106 simply for convenience's sake. Maybe she did the math beforehand, so as to not confuse Shepard, who knows.
As established before, that makes her roughly 121 Thessia years old.

Again, GSY are used by all Citadel races, so it shouldn´t really confuse Shepard. But then again; we are talking about someone who thought Asari always needed another species to reproduce, so yeahPosted Image

Well, I just finished playing that song :P. I only learned to play the organ in 2 years when I was 7, so it's not good. And I don't have a sheet for the EC part, so that part could be weird.
An end once and for all
I save it for page 2100 but I have to go now, so probbaly I will miss it.

That was lovely. I have no musical knowledge, but I'm considering picking up a keyboard primarily to learn these songs. Could be a bad idea.
For some reason it's the part at 1:13 that hits me hardest, I love/hate that bit.

Thanks. I'm back, just in time for page 2100. I think maybe you should try it out. I bought myself a cheap violin 2 years ago. Didn't succeed in learning it by myself, but it's a good way to entertain myself and make other people stressful :pinched:And it looks good in my room
@Nyxia I will reup it later if you're still interested

I've been putting it off because I feel like I'm too old to start learning a musical instrument. Maybe I'll have to take the leap. Late than never, I suppose.

Not Shepard maybe, but the player. If, for the first time, she'd said, "I hate to admit it, but I am only 121 Thessian years old" you'd think, "Well what the fricking hell does that mean?"
So yeah, convenience.

That was such a derp line. There needed to be a follow-up dialogue option - "I. Am. A. D*ckhead."

Oh yeah, I forgot about this.  I think If it was galactic standard years it would be more then earth years. I think each Galactic standard day is 20 hours long, and each hour is 100 minuites long. As for years I think they are 360 days but im not sure. I read that in one of the novels.

But her age may be in earth years just because it is easyer on the person reading it to understand, from the authors standpoint.

@Coatsworth

What are those in her hands?....Are they..Defibulators?  They almost look like beer mugs at first glance;P

I was wondering why Oktoberfest Liara was in a Nurses outfit;P

I know I'm supposed to be on Liara's side here, but Tali's 'arse-slap swag' move near the end of the.gif is just awesome.
It also seems to fit with any song I play alongside it.

Moar dance .gifs!
Gimme gimme gimme!

Everything would be so much simpler if all planets had the same orbital distance, but nooooooo, the universe loves diversity.

Welp, starting ME3 again was a bad idea. I've only just finished Mars, but I don't want to go any further. The feeling of dread just grows the more I play it, it's like slowly pushing a knife into my gut. Guess it's time for a break. Damn game.

Play until the start of the final battle, and then close the game and start reading “Unity” ^_^

EEeeeeekx. This one is subtly different from the other. I like that one better, but I just posted it.
