I don't really see how. It's not like she stuck her tongue out at Liara (figuratively speaking) and bragged about ever having been with Shepard. I mean, in every cheating situation; I would blame Shepard everytime. Liara (and Tali if Shepard left her to be with Liara) deserved to be angry with Shepard. But obviously cat fights over Shepard is much better and much more realistic
Basically Shep should just learn to keep it in her/his pants!
