Twilight.... but seriously she would probably like pixar movies as you said

I think she'd be like me and point out all the historical inaccuracies in films like Troy Posted Image

Good point. I sometimes forget what happens in-game vs my own headcanon. I headcanon that Garrus, Tali and the other originals from ME1 kind of think that Liara turned her back on them during ME2.

But anyway... If Tali really was smitten with Shep in ME1, then I guess she didn't need to be asked twice when Shepard made the first move. And, hey, the previous LI isn't in the picture. That, and she wanted to live out her fantasy of a dashing captain sweeping her off her feet and taking her away in a fancy loveboat ship. I guess that does technically qualify as betrayal.

I don't know if this is true; I'm just stating my own opinion and not saying that it's true or anything. But it seems to me that if you play as broshep, Tali and Liara seem always to be like rivals. Playing as femshep, I never got that sense; to me they are friends.

Heh, I used to think romance in ME was so cool. Now I realise how messy and silly it is.

Loveboat you say??

I actually like how LI´s, like Liara, show their contempt (and jealousy) in ME3. Actually I even think many of them are way too forgiving for Shepard screwing around with them and then dumping them.
I mean seriously, I doubt most of the gamers themselves would have acted that polite and understanding if it was their significant others that had done the same thing.

+ 1

I could bring myself to forgive someone who had cheated on me. But I would never get back back with them. Ever.

But, as we all know; shep-sexuality is Shepard's invincible plot armour that makes her/him infinitely irresistible to all the ladies and guys.

If anything, I think my Shepard would feel like more of a tool if Liara didn't biotic-slap her. We know Liara's capable of it; we've seen the way she handles Cerberus troopers Posted Image

She has passion, damn it!

Actually, Liara's LotSB comments aside; I was actually quite shocked if you bring a previously-romanced Liara on the geth dreadnought mission while having left her for Tali. The fact that she outs something so private like Tali's nerve stim thing was, I have to say, very vindictive and spiteful.

And now I've gone back on myself. I guess I can see that the Thane thing was hurtful, but again not entirely uncalled for. I still believe Liara wouldn't have violated Tali's privacy like that. But, then, she's gone really hardcore come ME3 and there are instances when Liara does actually terrify me.

EDIT: I was just thinking about that picture of renegade Shep and Liara where Shep asks if Liara is afraid of her/him. They should totally have one the other way around. Shadow Broker Liara is defo not someone to be trifled with.

Exactly. The whole; "I know you were screwing with Thane/Tali/Garrus/Miranda/Jack/almost Samara/Jacob/Kelly, but she doesn´t really count/Morinth, but then you died. Again. when you were fighting the Collectors. But can we please get back together????" Just irks me out.

OMG. Shepsexuality is a disease, I tell you. I predict scale itches and...worse. And with all that action, it's no surprise that the Reapers only come round once every fifty thousand years or so. The organics are otherwise occupied Posted Image

And Sha'ira's pleasure pod! Posted Image How could I forget about that?

She'd watch ever episode of star trek. Shepard would give her the impression that humanity somehow predicted what the future was like.

If they make a Mass Effect movie, I'd show Liara that. She probably wouldn't approve of her actress though.

It's funny because I used to be one of those innocent little paragons. I was easily pleased when Sha'ira gave me that Prothean trinket. It wasn't until, like, my fifth playthrough that I realised you could go 'Is that it?' I expected a biotic-slap for my rudeness, or at least a glare.

Needless to say that was my first observation of shepsexuality in action. I actually remember my jaw dropping open when I saw what played out on screen... Posted Image

I also had to laugh when I saw a concept drawing of the pleasure pod in the Art of the Mass Effect Universe book.

That's an awesome picture, Crimson!  (Also: hug!  I missed you and your nonsense while I was away!)

I'm not sure what Liara would like.  Maybe classic films?  That require lots of thinking to follow the plot?  (AND HAVE ORIGINAL PLOTS <_<).  My Shep would hate that so much!  No explosions!  However, Liara would also hate Shep's 'awful, cheesy war movies' taste.  (Yeah, my Shepard likes Armageddon.  She doesn't apologize, but she knows she's being judged!!)

Well, I´m a total paragon (unless it involves punching annoying Quarian admirals then I always pick the paragon lines). So, I had to learn about that particular "feature" through the interwebs. Not that I want to try it out either, for some strange reason Sha´ira creeps me out. I blame it on her voice, or somethingPosted Image

Arrrggg, homework is kicking my **** this week! No time to post! :pinched:

I think Liara would get a kick out of Indiana Jones, but probably constantly point out how unrealistic it is. And she would definitely wonder why the hell there are aliens in #4.

As for the Jack vs. Liara debate a few pages back, I'd have to go with Liara because...

1. Stasis
2. She's listening
3. Jack is only a "biotic nuke" in cutscenes
4. Stasis
5. Jack would probably tire out more quickly with the rage and all
6. Liara can shoot, Jack has a shotgun
7. Stasis

In the close friend kind of way... Or, the intimate kind of way?
I'll assume close friend kind of way, Yes.
