@ Snookie, If I had to pick a way to kick the bucket, that would be it.

@ The acolyte discussion.

The acolyte is full of win. Especially on Plat.

My lovely Asari Adept, Sadera, of course.<3:wub:

I play infiltrator all the time. Love lurking, running around and not getting shot at. N7 Shadow. Quarian Infiltrator.
The human, quarian engineer is decent to go U/U/G too.
Some classes are in my must-use list when playing Plat but I don't like using them in normal gold match.
And AA, AJ when there is another biotic in the team

Asari Justicar. xD Combined with Acolyte and Pull/Reave combo.

I even tried the Argus X yesterday...it's pretty decent. Give it a shot Crimson. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png[/smilie]

In my fail arming hand it is worthless. Try it on an AJ in silver today, I end up using pull reave all the time.

I usually roll with Asari Adept, N7 Fury or N7 Demolisher. I'm more of a "hide behind things and chuck powers" type of player. I can't seem to pull anything off with the Acolyte either.

I used to play Geth Infiltrator + Valiant a lot though before they nerfed headshots.

Just out of curiosity. Iv'e never seen this topic on this thread before. Do you like the fact that Bioware changed Liara's look 4 times? Granted LOTSB Liara and ME3 look similar. But they still tweaked her.

Eh, it doesn't bother me much.  I feel like the kept the "essence" of Liara through all the tweaks.  As opposed to, say, Ashley's reboot, in which she became Miranda 2.0, or Kaidan's in which he was suddenly super-into being a marine.  That didn't make much sense to me.

Re: Multiplayer discussion: Vorcha Sentinal FTW!!  Break you!

Re: Shipping Liara with other characters--Maybe I'm the only one who does this, but in my mind, all of the Shepards exist in something akin to parallel universes.  If some of the LIs end up with other people in some of those universes, that doesn't bother me.  Under the right conditions, I really do like Traynor/Liara.  Under other conditions, it seems like the least plausible thing ever!

Isn't it parallel dimensions, not universesssssssssss?

Edit 2: Spelling

So with the Omega DLC... chances are we may get a one night stand with Aria lol will any of you be tempted? Or if she turned out to be the "Isabella" (DAO version) of ME3 and you and Liara could... have a threesome with her, would you?

I might start a new playthrough without a Tali or Liara romance just to do the one night stand,  haveing a threesome though is out of the question Shep might fantasize about it but I would never be able to do the deed, unless Liara was onboard although at that point in their relationship (assuming you were faithful all three games)  her even suggesting a threesome seems very OOC to me

It's going on now. Some professor @ the university of Reading linked the nerves in his and his wife's hands together via some micro chip. He could feel (From America to the UK) when his wife did something to her hand, i.e pinch it.
Wait... That's mending ish.

Asari Adept or Vanguard (yeah i go with the classics)

I don't really play that much anymore and i haven't been lucky enough with packs to unlock any of the other classes i'd be interested in trying.

I outfit the adept with a Carnifex and the Vanguard with an Avenger and sometimes a scoped predator

They only changed it twice, her ME1 and ME2 cameo has the same appereance (it just looks worse in the second due to lighting and in contrast with the higher resolution for the rest of the characters & envieroment), then they changed it once for LotSB and tweaked that for ME3.

But to answer the question it does not bother me at all as I vastly prefer her appereance in LotSB over ME1/ME2 and the look in the third is only tweaked with minor details so I am fine with that. I am still undecided whehter I prefer her LotSB or ME3 appereance, since in ME3 she has higher resolution and more detailed and pronounced skin texture but in LotSB her skin and eyes both had a more briliantly blue colour I really love.

Overall I would have prefered if she could have her ME3/LotSB look from the biginning of ME1, but as long as the change is for the better I don't mind at all. I do not need an in-game explination for the changes either, she simply always looked like that in my mind Posted Image

@Moreeman: Do you play on Xbox? I've been meaning to try and make time to participate in the challenges. If you'd be interested in giving multiplayer another shot, I'd game with you! At the very least, you could laugh at my inevitable deaths and the string of cursing that accompanies each one!  We could see if we could get you some new classes to try!

@mavqt I was talking about the Argus X. The Acolyte is an adept's best friend since BE only does 50% dam against shield

didn't bother me that much although when i first played 2 i would have prefered if they just stuck with the ME1 Liara skin for it or just went straight to the LOTSB skin.

I never really felt that, Kaidan still felt like Kaidan to me unlike Ash in ME3.

As for Liara's look, I can look over it (haha, very clever pun right?), I guess it is somewhat like Shepard's N7 armor. It changes throughout all games without any explanation, but the looks get better so I can pass over it. Though I feel like Bioware should avoid changing looks as much as possible unless said changes are story related (Garrus's scar for example).

Didn't they do that? the LotSB appereance was not created at that point so that was obviously not an option but I thought that her appereance in ME2 was same as in ME1, the only difference was that unlike the rest of tha game her look were not "up-to-date" with the rest of the game resolution so it looked worse than that of the other characters by contrast (and the horribly unflattering lighting in her office).

Even though Liara looks great here. She also scares the **** of me. I mean, those eyes with that sinister smile... She´s only 2 seconds away from flaying somebody.

Unless it´s her seduction face. Then it´s okay...

Bah! That face is scairy in all the Right ways. I like her seductive eyes and her head tilted like that. Gives her a slightly more agressive look, I think. Rawr, and all that:P

Acctually, they are sometimes used interchangeably.:)

Parallel universes are also called "alternative universes", "quantum
universes", "interpenetrating dimensions", "parallel dimensions",
"parallel worlds", "alternative realities", "alternative timelines", and
"dimensional planes," among others...Depending on context.

I preffered the appereance of that one, it looked rather sleek unlike the rather cumbersome feel of the other armours and since my Shep is an adept I prefer to wear light armour, I was annoyed by its bonuses though, increased health is the thing that I need the least.

I liked it, I thought it looked sufficiently high-tech and had a sleek look. That said, I also liked the ME2 version that had a bulky and older-tech look by reminding me somewhat of more modern body armor for some reason.

@Akernis did they use the same skin, it doesn't look as blue to me and her lips/lipstick looks to be a different shade those were my big reasons for not liking it

Well, it's still Liara though, and that's what matters :D But seriously, I tend to not visualize characters in fiction at all, so I didn't mind. However, I did like the ME3 look and thus am glad they changed that because it highlights the alien-ness (i.e. making her look less like a human with facepaint :D)
