I know what you mean though, there's a fine line between dedication and stupidity.
Just imagine how sick you'd get of telling the story.

Right, Shepard dies defeating the Reapers so it's better to let them win (where Shepard also dies).Control=/Best ending because, I just realised Shepard would die in destroy anyway.
It's really quite simple: Do you believe that the tech singularity aka inevitable organic-synthetic conflict that will bring about the end of all life is real based on Godchild's word alone? Do you think it's more important than stopping the Reapers? Then pick synthesis for a chance to stop that but risking extinction at the hands of the Reapers (as they might decide to keep killing us anyway).
Otherwise, do you believe that control is possible, moments after shooting TIM? [If so, I've got a bridge to sell to you] Do you think that Shepard!AI* will work given that putting an AI in charge is what caused this mess in the first place? If so, pick control. Else, destroy.
* Godchild didn't start the cycle of genocide for the evulz - it merely did the logical thing. If anything, the aesop here is that cold logic (synthetics) needs to be tempered with human empathy (organics) to get acceptable results.

Falere's condition was latent; those are misunderstood indeed. Her compulsions are still severe enough that she would likely never have been considered for reintegration. Those with weak variants of the condition are safer in that regard, as they can go about their life, supressing the urges with relative ease... and hope they're not found that attractive, as they have to friendzone plenty.
Samara could of course watch over Falere on the homeworld, both as a mother and justicar. Falere do come across as a child at times, even though she's 473 by ME3's time.
Sorry for off-topic, I just find the topic of Ardat-Yakshi a bit interesting. So many gray zones and so on.
Guys, sorry to go really off-topic again, but...
I think the Ardat-Yakshi are an interesting part of asari culture too. As you say, there are varying degrees of the severity of the syndrome in Ardat-Yakshi. I think the codex even states that about 1% of the asari population fall into the Ardat-Yakshi spectrum.
Obviously Rila and Falere turned themselves in to the monastery because of Samara. It is possible that Falere and Rila haven’t ever killed anyone with their syndrome.
I have to wonder how exactly they came to be discovered. It’s most likely that if one child shows the disposition, then all the children would have been tested. As Samara herself said; Morinth was always the one who was more adventurous. However, Rila is the oldest.
Whatever the case, if either Rila or Falere had actually killed as a result of the Ardat-Yakshi disposition; it seems clear that they would’ve viewed the murder with great remorse. I do think it is easier for those Ardat-Yakshi with fewer kills to lead more normal lives. Each time an Ardat-Yakshi kills, her biotic ability gets stronger. The effect is narcotic, as is the increasing power.
We don’t know how common reintegration is (and even then it would probably only be for the mildest Ardat-Yakshi cases). While overhearing Aeian T’Goni (the PTSD asari commando) on the Citadel in ME3, she alludes to the fact that the commando who turned into banshee was someone she had been attracted to, but hadn’t been able to establish a romantic relationship with her because the asari in question had a ‘medical condition’.
In addition, the datapads in the monastery talk about a supervised trip to Thessia. I’m unsure how much of a treat that would’ve been for the Ardat-Yakshi. On the one hand, they are isolated from the rest of civilisation. On the other, they would probably be obviously marked as Ardat-Yakshi when moving through the normal population – and it would be something of a badge of shame. Those who have no intent on murder, like Falere, would likely be confused and ashamed as to why people are treating her with fear and mistrust.
I’m also quite sure that those with a really high bodycount aren’t even given the chance to integrate into a monastery because they’re simply too dangerous (probably with biotic powers comparable to a Matriarch) and the withdrawal would probably be unbearable – perhaps fatal.
It’s kind of sad when you think about it. Sometimes death is the merciful route.
I also wonder how firm a stance the asari government would take to eradicate the syndrome. Only an asari born from two pure-blooded parents can become an Ardat-Yakshi. So obviously mating with aliens would stamp out the problem. That’s actually quite tragic. Also, would the asari have been destined to wipe themselves out if they hadn’t discovered their ability to mate with other aliens?
And after discovering that the Protheans played a significant role in the asari’s evolution, do you think that Prothean tinkering may be responsible for the syndrome?
Really, really sorry for long wall of text. And I didn't mention Liara once. My bad.

Can't see them doing it deliberately. As a side-effect of prothean experiments, maybe. It's likely just similar to human hereditary diseases - cystic fibrosis, muscular atrophy etc.AustereLemur799 wrote...

An update on my brother: He appears to be falling for squeaky robot, Tali. He told me that he's going to have trouble picking between her and Miranda in ME2. Guess her voice can turn anybody around.
This makes me happy. Tali is awesome and cute, and at least he'll get to have her around in ME3.
Hoping he goes for Tali.
He also told me that Liara is "just so damn nice."
Well, a compliment is a compliment.

Well, now I'm interested.
What is it what is it what is it?
Is it the whole 'making the geth then being pissed off at them for wanting to live' thing?
Or something much bigger?

I like Miranda but I never found her appealing in that way and Tali, she's a good friend but as a LI erm nah, just doesn't interest me at all but different strokes for different folks.
