Ok, so i just bought, installed and started playing ME3. I romanced Liara in ME1 and ME2 <- LotSB and ive heard rumors, that Liara might forget that you banged him/her after killing old the SB?

And also, is DLC "From Ashes" worth buying, if you want more Liara? I heard that the Javik is pretty important charater, but still... 10 euros? Thats half of the price i paid for ME3!

I have tons of other questions, but i dont want to spoil too much of the game.

Ps. Is there any "rites" to newcomers, wich i should be aware?

If you install Leviathan (totally worth it), Liara will recognize that you continued your romance with her in ME2. 
If you want more Liara? No From ashes isn't something you want to get. If you want it because it's an amazing add-on to the game? Yes. definately. 10 euros isn't a lot.

Get from Ashes its worth it. And some more Liara especially if u bring them on certain missions together.
Not sure about that glitch.
No rites that im aware of.

Yep, Liara forgets her "tour" of the Normandy when you reunite with her in ME3. I never really noitced that glitch. But after people started to point it out, all it did was annoy me :L
