Yeah I can see what your on about. I'm guessing this would fit well if Liara and Shep spend a ton of time seperated in ME3 or even fits well, with Shepard before he finds Liara on Illium in ME2.

I have picture movie scenes to songs before, most have been epic scale battles rather than this romance sort of thing. To be honest, i'm not usually one for romance in the media because it's always the same thing, but for some reason Shepard and Liara just makes me smile.

Well I just happened to remember this song while reading your post and thought that it would be great for this kind of scene. And yes this scene would take place during ME2 before Liara and Shepard meet on Illium, when Shepard has no idea where Liara is, how is she etc. Usually I'm mostly picturing these action containing scenes, battles, heroic last stands etc too. but it's about the song. some songs make you picture other kind of scenes than other songs.

I have to say that I am also little surprised how strongly people have reacted to this sig of yours and its kind of funny at the same time. I don't know what you meant with that sig in the first place but I personally simply see it as a signal to other people, that you have nothing against Feron, he's okay, he's a nice guy and that Liara doesn't have too many friends, so having an extra one won't do any damage. Or thats how I see it anyway.

Show up out of nowhere? If you say so. I've been around for a very long time. But that's really irrelevant. And yes, campaign. What that banner really says is "WE DON'T WANT LIARA AND FERON SEXIN EACH OTHER UP!".

Why? Because people think BioWare is going to pair Liara up with Feron in a game series where they NEVER pair companions up with anyone but the player?

So there's no reasonable goal to display that banner unless one is insecure about it being that way in the next game.
Everyone has a right to have an opinion, that includes me. I'm not trashing anyone or anything, I'm laughing at this insecurity people have. You on the other hand, seem to have been butthurt over my comments and attacked me, which leads me to believe that you have self inserted yourself as a target of my opinion. I'll answer you a last time, because clearly you havent been around in the last couple of days.

But i changed after people complained about it. Inform yourself better before calling me butthurt and an insecure lol

But this is the Liara thread, so stop with the sig crap, i made sigs to everybody to support the thread so at least show some gratitude

I know that she feels guilty but it doesn't change anything.

The point I'm making is that she really really REALLY could have saved Feron.

She wasn't confident in her power im guessing. She may have helped Shep defeat Sovereign but since then she lost Shep to the Collectors so her confidence was probably a bit shot. I think if she was in the same situation after LoTSB she'd have jumped in to save Ferron.

Well I just hope that I can get Liara aboard Normandy right from the start or at least in the very early stage of the game so I can personally make sure that nothing bad is going to happen to her. And I think that if you make the right decisions (don't know what those are though) in ME3, Liara will survive, since BW has said that those who stayed loyal for their ME1 LI's will be rewarded, so I guess that you are able to keep her alive, but the question of course is, at what cost?

Honestly, I don't get where all this insecurity comes from with a lot of you folks. And if you aren't then its not a good idea to make it appear that you are with banners that depict such insecurities. If that banner means something else, then I would say it fails to communicate the actual message, because what I (and evidently others) have interpreted as is a plea not to pair Liara and Feron in a romance.

She wasn't confidant in her powers??? She took out all those other mercs very easily. She even badly wounded the collector and Tazzik wasn't even armed.

Yeah but the roider Salarian would be an intimidating prospect for anyone, paying attention or not. If she didnt succeed in finishing him in one hit, she'd have both him and the Collector to deal with.

Liara simply.. left. She could have saved Feron but instead she just left.

She took down all those mercs in a blink of an eye. The only things between her and Feron was a badly wounded Collector and an unarmed Tazzik who was just beating Feron with his bare fists

So Liara at times shows character flaws. These kinds of things make her interesting. It's not dissimilar to cowering in the face of a Krogan battlemaster. She does however recognize her 'shortcomings' and makes an effort to correct these, with a passion it seems which is why I cannot agree with a suggestion of Liara not caring about Shepard. Liara tends to become focused on a task and appears compelled to see it through to completion. This does not imply that Liara does not care, or is selfish or disconcerned. It only suggests that Liara is task oriented.    I f Liara reacts with frustration to Shepard's refusal to help her hack terminals after she risked her life recovering Shepard's body and put her own personal integrity in doubt as a result of abandoning Feron I think it's understandable. To interpret this as a sign that Liara doesn't care about Shepard is just a tad over the top. Everyone at one time or another in a relationship is inconsiderate, it doesn't mean one does not care. Shepard too in refusing to help Liara hack terminals is being inconsiderate.

Well I don't know where you've got this idea about Ophiskc's insecurity, but the only thing I've seen Ophiskc saying, while people have been talking about Feron, is that he likes the guy and he has nothing against him, that's all. And that's what his sig is signaling, that Feron is okay.
