I think it would add a nice touch to the game. Liara only become indoctrinated if you don't stay loyal to her in ME2. Just a thought.

But really. I actually think Bioware missed an opportunity by not using indoctrination on a character we actually knew and liked (not LIs necessarily), instead they pandered and instead opted to use it on characters the fanbase hated.
