Yea Javik is the ultimate troll.

 

I think those two actually get along in a weird way. Javik trolls her of course, and Liara is occasionally frustrated that the Protheans aren't quite what she expected...but I don't think that ever veers into outright dislike or hostility. At the end they can also agree to write a book together about the Protheans, depending on how Shepard interacted with Javik. 

 

I think Ashley's interaction with Liara in ME1 was more hostile than Javik, though it was mostly one-sided. Liara seemed to ignore it. By ME3 whatever issues they had seemed to have been resolved and there is a mutual respect, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they are close friends. I think Liara's much closer to the rest of the old ME1 crew.

Really like this one, its one of my favorites. This is the type of picture of Liara that i think fits her the best, in the way i see her anyway. (really nice post, thanks for putting it up, i havent seen this picture before)

I was just playing Citadel DLC to check something out, but when I get to the part where the Clone says to  Liara about being "nothing but a college cheerleader" I can't help think of these.

I think all of her combat armors look awesome. No complaints in that regard.

 

The commando armor from the From Ashes DLC would probably be my favorite. I just wish it, and the others for that matter, had optional helmets. 

 

 

 

The light explorer armor was probably my favorite in ME1.

With the hand on the hip, the raised eyebrow marking and the slight smile, is just a really badass look for her and I really like it. Never seen that post/pic you post Han, thats why I thought I'd point it out.

It's not my favorite but more variety is always a good thing. And it is odd that it never shipped with either the game or released with any of the DLC, as it seems as if the work was done on it.

^^ Han some of Aria's Commando's in the Omega DLC wear something remarkably sinmilar to that. When you first arrive in Aria's bunker one or two Asari who are either patrolling or holding up the barrier's are wearing that type of armour.

 

I have all the Armours for Liara (well the console ones anyway) and I used to alternate between the Justicar and Phantom type armours. Now I've been using the slightly heavier armour these days.

 

 

I wish we could have something like this on console.

Indeed. I always liked that picture, the painting variant just looks better though. imo

T'was just a passive-agressive, slightly petty comment originating in a shitty evening and the repeated minor frustration of seeing artists selling, quite literally in some cases, the motifs of my wallpapers as their own instead of giving proper credit.

 

So nothing to be concerned about, really...

I've got a bit of new Liara for you all.

 

It's not a full blown 'photography', but more of a lucky find while doing test renderings for all the changes I made to Liara's model lately, her eyes in particular.

(If you're interested in what those changes are, I wrote a couple more words about it in my DA gallery.)

Yeah I agree. We were only just talking about his work a few pages back and then he comes in with those awesome new pics and just knocks it  out of the ball park. So to speak. I hope he does more Liara fan art in the future.
