I just hope those dead scenes are done because you made a wrong decision, and are not mandatory for every game
I hope there will be Virmire like decisions. So there will be deaths. But which are is up to you.

Agree, that would be the bestLizardviking wrote...

At this point I'd be happy if Shepard and Liara both survived ME3. An interview with Jennifer Hale seemed to indicate things aren't going to end well for Ashley/Kaidan (whomever is alive). This particular part was about the VS but if something can happen to them in ME3 then something can also happen to Liara. I only hope it's avoidable.
For those interested: Mynameisdanza wrote down a part of the interview with Jennifer Hale concerning her voice acting for ME3:
They did say ME3 would be pretty dark.
I just hope atleast my Shepard and Liara would make it through.

Forever and a half ago, I promised them I would do a comic where Liara touches Shepard's head to see what hair feels like (since the other two were all about Shepard trying to touch Liara's head), and I finally really started it. x_xrynluna wrote...

Erm. So. Is this the new official Liara thread? I haven't set foot in the whole community in a loooooong time, and I was going to post something, but I see a whole ton of different names so I don't think anyone would really get the post since it really would've only been relevant to some old faces. But uh... hi? I feel so lost. XD
What were you going to say?
Damn, now I miss a lot of the old faces too.![]()
This kind of reminds me of this comic.Ophiskc wrote...
Nothing said about it, but i dont think they would make some decisions like that, paragon/renegade interrupts yes, but decisions would make too many people ragealex90c wrote...
Have Bioware ever said that there will be timed dialogues in ME3? So like, something epic happens, you've got to make some big decision in the heat of the moment and you only have say, 10 seconds to make it?

Yes
and no. I liked the virmire decision. It came out of nowhere for me and
I spent a good 10 minutes anxiously wandering around my room before I
decided who to save. I wouldn't want another 'Squadmember X or Y dies.
Which one will it be' situation though. If anything I'd like a team
split up kind of situation where Team A is lead by Shepard and Team B by
another squadmember (garrus for example). Both teams take 2 additional
squadmembers and depending on your strategy, one of the teams will come
under heavy fire in which one team escapes and the team who came under
fire loses someone in the escape. This leaves you some control as to who
lives and who dies so you can save precious Liara but still add a sense
of drama and a difficulty factor.
Edit: How about being attacked
by a powerful biotic attack that would kill a non biotic squadmember?
Easy to avoid losing a squadmember here but still a powerful moment. --
Since Liara is a biotic (of course) this would also mean she cannot
possibly die here.[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/wizard.png[/smilie]

Aye that was me. Thanks for that, it is basically exactly what I was looking for. I'm hoping we get a few more of these scens in ME3. Given the sheer scale of death and destruction that is likely to be befalling the galaxy there should be more tears than there is water on Earth.
Well, when you finish it we will be looking forward to itCrimmsonwind wrote...
