Shepard: We're here!
Liara: Um, shepard?
Shepard: Yeah Liara?
Liara: This is not a parking spot, this is an ice berg...
Shepard: Oh, but now no one will try to steal it! :D
Liara: *facepalm* Yeah, not even ourselves.
Shepard: Exactly! C'mon we are missing the show!

We Liara fans are in a much better place than others. I am hoping that all LI's get their fair share though. After ME2 and what Liara/Kaidan/Ash fans got I know how much it sucked not being with you chosen LI.

At least us Liara fans got Lotsb and even before that, left Liara on good terms. Can't say the same for the VS. That email they got definitely doesn't make up for all they said on Horizon me thinks..

Tell me about it ... My male Shepard is still hurting while my female Shepard is in a much better place romantically. I really wish that Shepard received a VID-mail from the VS maybe after picking up the suicide mission instead so that it allowed for the "cheat" time and then a "Oh, crap!"

An e-mail from them should have been sent if you didn't romance them and was just a "I'm sorry about the Horizon moment." My female Shepard is good friends with Kaidan and it just sucked that there was nothing.

Liara's "coldness" addressed in LotSB gives me hope that the VS will be a really sweet payoff as well. Fingers crossed.

I was like nice place for it when I did the Normandy crash site mission for Hackett.  I hated the Mako with a passion.  And yes the terrian was very steep and at times die barrel rolls down the other side.

This is about Joker.  Yes, he is a good helmsman.  But more times than not, he dropped the Mako facing the opposite direction from where we needed to go.

I think it will be if Mac Walters tweet isn't bs.  He made a comment that Liara's stuff was tied up with LotSB and it seems to me that the VS issues will be handled in ME3.

I didn't like how those that didn't romance Kaidan or Ash didn't get squat from them in terms of a message, but when they were the LI a message was sent.  My canon femShep feels she is barely friends with Kaidan right now.  I don't know how to RP either.  I think by the time the Reaper war is over, they'll be back to being friends.

I found it much easier to justify moving on with my Shepard that romanced the VS.

It's because they made no attempt (apart from a small email) to show they still cared about the relationship so it seemed as if they had already moved on. Nothing was left for Shepard but to move on as well. Liara on the other hand shows she still cares - a lot actually but also makes it clear she can't get into this now. But with Liara I never got a feeling that it was all over or that she moved on. If she had, then she wouldn't have kissed Shepard on Illium in the first place.

Whether Ashley/Kaidan will even be alive by the time the Reaper war is over, after that small interview with Jennifer Hale I have my doubts though I don't know the context of the voice acting she described so I guess I can't be certain.

That will tick off a lot of people if their deaths are forced.  I'd know we would feel the same if it happened to Liara.  I do think it has to do with if they were the LI or not and if you moved on or not.

I still want to know if we get to pick which save within the file like we could with DA2 or just pick which file you want to import like from ME1 -->ME2.  And that it takes the last save within the file.

The kiss from Liara when you first meet her on Illium feels Shepard with joy then she acted cold and then that confused Shepard and broke her heart a little.  Then after taking out the Observer, she found out what was going on and felt they still shared something, but each had things to take care of.  Shepard needs to finish off the collectors and Liara needs to go through data to get to the SB.  Then we got the DLC and everything is right in the galaxy.Posted Image

It's Eric not Erik ;)
I agree I hated the mako, but compared to the Hammerhead, that thing was uncontrollable, clunky, WEAK, and shot very slow. I wonder what goes on in Bioware's head when they try to make stuff, it's like they are trying to in-rage so they can have a good laugh. *shakes fist*

If you help him during his 'investigation' into Eternity lounge on Illium then he won't get himself killed. He only dies if you run him off by not choosing the charm or intimidate options.

Am I the only one who liked the hammerhead? Weapons were good, it's hella fast and can jump over obstacles instead of crashing into them and hoping you fall down on the right side. Only downside was the tiny bit of health/armor it had but it was rather easy not to get hit. I'd say: BW, increase the Hammerhead's health and add an anti personnel machine gun in addition to the anti armor rockets and we're good to go.

I can't remember. All I know is he sets up some kind of charity fund named 'Shepard' if you help him by getting the weapons dealer arrested. If you don't help him and run him off, he falls off a bus, hits a few cars in traffic, then falls into the reactor of a factory somewhere on Illium (RIP Conrad Verner). If you shoot at him he probably runs away so there's a good chance he dies if you did that...

Why? What's so bad about it? It was fast and the weapons were strong enough to do some proper damage. Only problem I had with it was the incredibly small amount of damage it could soak up before blowing up....

Weapons were strong? The Hammerhead's combat capabilities were non-exsisting. It's missle were inaccurate and weak. Armor was paper thin.

My bad Eric. Posted Image

@Robhuzz. I prefer the Hammerhead of the Mako. I felt it drove better in the Firewalker DLC than Overlord. The weak shield/armor is what I hate about it. The Make drove like crap and I hated driving it all over the place up steep mountains. I found that very tedious.

My renegade Shep does enjoy running over pyjaks and space cows. Posted Image

I'm indifferent to Conrad. I found him annoying on the Citadel and then his actions on Illium was double facepalm worthy.
Even Liara thinks Conrad is facepalm worthy.

Like the Noveria puzzle? lol Now I always have 100 omni-gel to go faster.

Question about the Observer. The first thing I did was help Liara with the hacking, also helping Parasini, Shiala, etc. After hacking the 3rd terminal Liara calls back and I don't know if after I should hack other 5 terminals (?) What is the sequence to get the Observer please? I know the SB is last option.

Details! Details! Anyway I found the weapons to be pretty decent, once you knew how to aim they made short work of any enemy...

Hack them all you will get another option in the end. None of the suspects fit.

You hack all five terminals then call Liara.  Then pick the middle right option and Liara figures it out rather quickly.  You go back and talk to Liara and ask how the fight went.  She'll tell you.

EDIT:Four are on the trading floor and the last one is in Eternity.  The terminal near Aethyta.

I actually liked the mako better than the hammerhead. Mako was nearly indestructible and an unlike with hammerhead, mako's guns shot straight, those damn guided missiles always miss. And I don't know maybe it was just the way they made it in ME1 but with mako when you could just drive around that planet it actually felt like a real world. With hammerhead there is only one rout you can take and you can use it only in Overlord and Firewalker DLCs, not throughout the whole game. Plus you could dismount the mako any time you wanted not just in specific spots. So maybe I just like mako better because ME1 gave you the feeling that you are driving in an actual world and you could return to Normandy any time you like and come back driving around any time you like. Have to admit though that driving mako was just terrible, if they could give it some kind of steering upgrade it would be perfect:lol:
