To be fair, if you cheated Liara with Miranda, or Ash with Jack for example, i dont expect them to go in a catfight with eachother, is not their fault after all, is Shepard the pig, and im looking forward for both of them to go against Shep in that case

Shepard getting in trouble is what I'm hoping for. Many people seem to look forward to a catfight between Ashley and Jack or Ashley and Miranda (Liara is much too mature for a fight so I doubt we'll be seeing any) but I doubt it'll go that far. Like you said, Shepard is the cheating douchebag here (Okay you said pig but I like douchebag better), not Tali, not Jack and not Miranda. Even though Tali might have known about Shepard/Liara in ME1, by the time they meet on Freedom's Progress that's been 2 years ago. Quite frankly if I were in Tali's shoes I wouldn't reduce my chances with Shepard by asking about his previous relationship anyway so the blame fully lies with Shepard here.

I do hope for Liara to get at least angry at Shepard for cheating though. Sure we resolved the situation in Lotsb but if Shepard reaffirms his/her romance with Liara and despite that continues to cheat on Liara, I really want Liara to get mad about that. Since she already gave Shepard another chance in Lotsb...

If you tell Liara you want to get back together and don't break up with your ME2 LI, that is cheating, all the way.
But Ashley and Kaidan are a different matter in my opinion and I don't expect more then one scene, where Shepard has to make a choice. I just hope they make the threesome answer available again and both LI leave the room.

The main difference between Liara and VS is that Shepard has good reason to snap back at them. Even if it´s because of bad writing, they refused to listen at all. To make things worse for them, Chakwas and Joker joined Cerberus to help Shepard, showing who really had faith in him/her (I wonder if there´ll be any interaction between them and VS about that).

If Shep just keep cheating on her, and ever come the situation that you really need her in a key moment, but that at the same time Feron is in danger, i could imagine that she would go to help Feron instead, after all "he knows were his loyalties are"

I never cheated on Liara, but would be amusing to see something like that in youtube from a pissed off player later

I sure can.  I was with Liara in ME1.  I waited until after the SM to do the LotSB, because I wanted Liara to be snippy with Shepard about her being with Garrus. After defeating the SB and not kissing Liara with the interrupt, Liara said that Shepard was with someone else, and Shep replied that she wanted to be with Liara.  When I got back on the Normandy, I could not break it off with him.  I just get the same thing from him.  He was thinking about what we said and he can come up to the cabin to snuggle and what not.  Nothing there to break it off with him.  Little annoying because I only went with Garrus to see Liara get snippy with Shepard.  Normally, I remain faithful.  

It has to be a glitch.  If so, then I'm importing that Shepard too.  I have 10 games ready for import with about nine others I might import.   Yea, I play too much.

I'm pretty sure the ME2 romances can only be broken off prior to the SM. Once the "sex" scene plays, the romance is pretty much affirmed. Although there are some romances (Miranda's, I think) where you can turn down the sex scene and still remain in the romance.

I'm not so sure about that.  I was under the impression you go get with all three LI per Shepard.  Either way, it's something I will deal with.  Another good reason why I have so many different play throughs because they are all slightly different.  Some people died during the SM, others I didn't do DLCs like Overlord or all the missions.  Some ME2 squaddies are not loyal.  

Like I said on other posts, it's not my canon femShepard(have 11 playthroughs with canon femShep.  Importing atleast three different files).  She stayed faithful to Liara.  The other femShep is a tool.

I've clicked on everything.  I'm now tempted to go talk to Thane or Jacob and see if I can start something to force the issue with Garrus then break it off with Garrus and not get with the either Thane or Jacob, so Liara can be on the Normandy with no issues.

I created issues with Ashley and Kaidan, but I do that on purpose to see how it plays.  Liara doesn't need that in my view.  Crap is all I can say.

Probably b/c i was under the impression that this is a ' Character Discussion Thread ' not a " Liara is the most wonderful person in the universe and don't you dare say anything contrary to this ( Thread ) ! " What i was getting at with my last post in this thread is a question or two for you all : What do you think lies in store for Liara T' Soni, not only in Mass Effect 3, but Post - Reaper War ?

Though I am not without faults i have many gifts : one of which is the almost innate ability to see things from other peoples perspective, step into thier shoes if you will. What made it especially special for me is that I got to play as my favorite Trio in Combat from Mass Effect 1. Tali, Shepard and Liara.  My Commander Shepard is Soldier class: Full Combat Bar, Liara was Full Biotic and Tali Full Tech... That was my team in ME The first time I played LOTSD I had no idea what to supect, It was almost serendipitis that Tali was with me on that Mission... While fighting Tela Vasir and Tali and the Shadow Broker of course have a history as well...

But I have to disagree with you and jlb524 : When you say that Tali doesn't care about Shep having something going on on the side. I will never forget how surprised I was when Tali confessed how she feels about me when she showed a possesive side of sorts and said, " I don't want to share you with anyone else ! & Its a small ship, people talk."

Now I've said alot here and some may think me a troll ; I'm far from such a thing. I would be lying to myself if i said that I thought that there was a strong likelyhood that any of you will respond to what I've said here. Yoy shouldn't feel as though you have to defend your thoughts and feelings about Liara : But I've said what I needed to say : and that's good enough for me... :innocent:

P.S. But if any of you would be so kind as to answer this one question of mine at least. What the hell do people mean when they write VS ? like when Nerevar-as said,

she is the SB!!! she has all the information she needs at the snap of her fingers... so it would be pointless to play the game with her as squadmate... just use her resources to spread false intel and the game is done...

so either the base is destroyed or sth... it is stupid to have her as squad member..

I have a theory on why she is with Shepard.  Cerberus.  TIM knows she is the Shadow Broker.  He is also keeping an eye on their relationship.  Which just ticks me off to no end.  Shepard's private life isn't any of that d-bag business.  I think Cerberus goes after her base at Hagalaz and that is the reason she is on the Normandy.

I had to play with Thane's heart strings in order to break it off, but Liara's pic is back up and that Shep is a tool.  I know this.  Playing around with three people heart like she did.  Bad Shep Bad.

When I play my canon Sheps, I don't pretend I'm Shepard, they have their own personalitys. He or She is just a character I play with in a universe.
If I play with my 'tool' Shepards to see all the scenes, hidden dialoges and try out some modding, they don't have any personality, they have to do crazy things for my amusement, but I never play a Shepard like he or she as myself. If that makes any sence.
So yes, the one femShep who got back together with Liara and still kept her ME2 LI is a cheatingdouchebag!Shepard.
