This thread sure goes fast...
1. It never occurred to me Joker’s stubbornness in saving the Normandy spaced Shepard...good point.
2. As for the armor, probably the main pieces were attached to Shepard's body, the rest spread around. I wonder if anyone knows the period to Liara recover/deliver Shepard's body to Cerberus. Maybe the 3 months Jacob mentioned (he said 2 years, 3 months and 12 days...if I'm not wrong). Just speculating.
I imagine Liara was probably devastated, inconsolable, needing to move on[/i] after delivering the body. Thus not all inaccurate the status TIM gave about Shepard’s former crew. The first kiss in her office (recently discussed), seemed to (even if remotely) reflect that[/i]: contempt at first, then sorrow as if refusing to revive the past and protecting herself from a hurtful future. Hence the question at the Normandy “I need to know you always coming back”. I’m not defending TIM, just pointing Cerberus seems to omit information (i.e. Horizon) and that’s going to be a problem if they go after the SB in ME3.
3.I read
a lot of fanfictions, and imo the beauty of writing is to explore new alternatives, as long as it respects few canon elements, 'artistic freedom' is welcome, it's a fan fiction after all

@Ladyvader, you want to kill the crew? I wanted to save them since blowing the Collectors would cut relations with Cerberus, and unless there is a change of events in ME3, I'll need all help I can get.

I love EDI. First time I played the game I kept thinking, that voice is soooooooo familiar. And then I looked it up and realized its Number Six from Battlestar Galactica! I love all the famous tv/movie actors they get for these games!
I could swear Michael Dorn (Worf from Star Trek TNG/DS9) voiced a Krogan, later I checked and glad I was right; was lovely to see they called him to represent another warrior. Live long… =/\\=
