Since we concluded long ago that her eyebrows are, in fact, genetic and Asari do not seem to physically resemble their fathers even a bit, I think it's safe to say that all of Liara's kids will probably have eyebrows as well.

The music in the love scene just before the sex is actually so powerful.

Gotta admit, even if the gameplay was a bit ... average ... Mass Effect 1 had a brilliant OST.

I figured as much.  I have Leia and Liara's kids looking like Liara but with darker skin color.  For some reason in my head I think the father species might affect that.  I could be wrong though.  The asari vary so much in tone, is why I think that.  

Just wanted to say,  I'm about to post the last chapter(epilogue) of The Aftermath.  I'm adding a note to the end of it, then I'm going to publish it.  I think some are waiting until it's complete before reading it.

She'd be shocked, elated, terrified, ecstatic and most likely end up on the floor with the room spinning at some point.

As for when they plan on having kids? Probably a few years after the reapers, once the galaxy is worth raising a child in.

If Shiala shows interest, Mara would try to arrange a threesome and end up with at least one black eye.

Leia Shepard was in the middle of a mental break down when Liara go pregnant the first time.  Liara felt bad about it too.  It was planned on Liara's part but after seeing Shepard having nightmares again, she didn't tell Shepard right way.  Once they settled in back in Liara's old apartment on Illium, Shepard asked Liara about it.  She felt change during that meld.

Now, if that actually can happen, I don't know.  I just made that up.  Shepard was happy and it gave her another reason to get to her head back on straight.  The whole ordeal actually made their relastionship stronger.  Because they worked through it together.

I guess it depends on the situation. It would be really weird if Liara had kids in the near future since she's still in her early maiden stage. Liara is a very special asari but I can't imagine she'll even want kids already. Typical asari her age aren't interested in settling down and having kids for another 200 years so if Liara has any kids before that, it'll be because of Shepard, or just because she desperately wants a daughter from Shepard, for example to remember him by.

Settling down should be easy. Even Liara at her age will want some rest in a quiet and peaceful place after the Reapers are gone I bet. Perfect time to settle down and get married. And with all of Shepard's upgrades, there's a good chance he'll live for a very long time (possibly another 400 years or more considering all the tech that's supporting his body) and will probably still be around when Liara hits the matron stage and actually wants kids.

If another asari wants kids with Shepard, that's just too bad. With Liara, Shepard has got everything he wants.

I didn't classify yet if Liara is the jealous type, if she would walk away and accept Shepard with someone else, or if she'd throw the concurrent into the nearest wall...

All those who cheated on Liara with an ME2 LI will find out in ME3 if she's the jealous type or not....

If Liara would tell my Shep that she's pregnant my Shep would be happy. Kinda astonished or confused and speechless at first of course and he'd need to make sure that Liara is serious, but still he would be happy.

Like many of you have said, Liara and Shep will need some time to settle down after the reapers are dealt with. After they've settled down somewhere it could be time for bondmate ceremony. Robhuzz had a good point about Liara being still in her maiden stage so when Liara is ready for having kids then it is the right time. And hopefully Shepard is still alive when the time comes But my Shep isn't a boy anymore and he has done enough fighting for the rest of his life so when ever Liara is ready for those kids, Shepard is ready to focus being a father for those kids. And I personally want to see those blue children in the epilogue in the end of ME3. And if someone else, asari or non-asari, wants to have kids with Shepard, she'll be welcome to dream about that, but unfortunately for her, Liara is the only one my Shep is going to have kids with.

Generally speaking Asari have I guess about 500 years of their lifespan which could be considered reproductive and if Liara left home at around 50 she could roughly have 10 sisters she might not even know about and I'm not so sure about the eyebrow trait being consistantly passed on given the random nature of genetics. Some of her sisters could have gotten Benezia's nose, lips, chin, cheeks, eyes etc. Interesting concept though about sisters. Maybe AY's result from mating with one's sister.

About the Asari question, I didn't imply Shepard was (would be) cheating, but Liara's reaction if discovering another Asari likes her. As Bze wrote Shiala showed interest. In my answer however, I remembered Liara seemed to easily accept Shepard with someone else, when they're talking in the Normandy. Was just a mere curiosity about hypothetical situations.

That was when Liara was first getting to know Shepard too.  I doubt very much Liara would want Shepard melding with another asari for reproduction if they were bondmates/married.  Leia wouldn't do that anyway.  Other Shepards I have, they might.  Tool femShep especially.

Sorry I should have written in ME2 Normandy, that scene Shepard sits in bed and Liara asks about her relationship with one of the squad mates. Some people who chose Miranda have that conversation. My Sheps are faithful in both games, not a chance to get paramour.

I've only gotten that conversation if my Shepard wasn't with Liara.  At that point Liara wants Shepard to be happy.  I do love Liara's comment about Tali.  Shepard says why didn't you tell me earlier and Liara replies and have you miss the fun of founding out on your own.

If Liara planned it without E.W.'s knowledge or consent that would end terribly. Shepard does not want kids with Liara for a variety of reasons and Liara knows it. So unless something changes (based on the events in ME3) the two will never have children together.

If another asari asked Shepard for reproductive reasons (like Shiala who appears to be close or in her matron years) then my Shepard might agree ... especially since Shepard understands that the off-spring will have no true connection to her.

Playing Hardcore for the first time and just completed Feros ... soon I will be off to Therum.

I've died way too many times and it is going to be almost laughingly horrible and humiliating when that krogan kills Shepard (me) over and over again in front of Liara. By the time we (Shepard & I) are done, Liara will refuse to get on the Normandy.
