Don't tell me you have not thought of the idea of combining the SB network with Cerberus (once TIM is dead) and take over the criminal underworld.

Never thought of that. Probably because all my characters are Paragon/Paragade. Taking over a criminal organisation doesn't fit well with Paragons.

Well, it's got something to do with my beliefs that power eventually corrupts everything. As long as the reapers are around, Liara will use the base to help defeat them. After that however, I can see Liara slowly turning into the old Shadow Broker. To avoid that, I think the base just has to be gone by the end of ME3.

Well,my LI is Liara,and i play as a female shep because i don't like looking at a guy's a$# all day.
And it's fun to be bisexual in the game because being a male shep is just too typical.
I like girls what can i say.

Never thought of that all that much but I guess it makes a lot of sense. Doesn't it? You can stage high profile attacks on every gang or criminal in the galaxy using the Shadow Broker's resources. Like what Garrus did on omega, only much bigger. I don't often think of Liara as a cop.

Quick! We need someone with skill to draw a picture of Liara in a cop outfit. Or maybe there's a mod out there that lets Liara wear an outfit like the Asari cops from Samara's recruitment mission?

I have faith in the ability of Liara to manage the Shadow Broker's network, assuming she's still doing that, without corruption. I don't believe it's inevitable and would be rather pissed if it came to pass.

Believing Liara will remain entirely unaffected by having all-but limitless knowledge and power is, frankly, naive. That sort of situation does change someone, to one degree or another. If she were to remain exactly the same and not be effected by absolute power, that would strike me as Mary-Sue-ish.

Do I think it will corrupt her, per se? No. Do I think it will change her in a noticeable way? Yes, if they write it correctly.

I did indeed mean firing the main gun at the base, without Liara being on board of course. I would never even suggest hurting Liara...

I die a little bit inside when people say that about RPGs. "yeah well, if I'm gonna be looking at someone's ares for X amount of time it might as well be a girl's arse".

I don't really care what gender I play as, in RPGs provided it isn't fixed I'll end up playing both sexes eventually, and hell if I got thrown in to a game with a female protag I wouldn't really bat an eyelid either unlike some of my friends who (understandably) say that they (in the case of the guys) will play male characters because they can relate with them better.
