It doesn't help that the other two options sound a bit sappy.
In my opinion, at least. :innocent:

The paragon option is kinda cheesy.

Also off-topic. Did you have a good birthday? Kinda late to ask but I did not see you online in the last week.

Well, yes, but the celebration had to be delayed due to the derailment of preparations due to a death in the family earlier in the week. But I still had a great day, thanks for asking. :D

Renegades had more fun in ME1. I hope my Shepard gets a cocky line for the romance conclusion in ME3.
ME2 was sweet, but too 'blue' for my taste. ;)

I thought the "little blue children" lined work well enough.

It did. Although the one where Shepard kind of says they should make the best of the time they have left together is nice as well if you ask me.

It is. I just don't want my Shepard to completely kill the mood by saying"We are all gonna die anyway." first. I like that Shepard can crack a small joke, nice to see him being able to put aside everything else and enjoy the moment.

It's cute to see Shepard and Liara being sweet on each other, but I thought the "It's not tommorow yet" option was better. It makes the transition much more smooth to the next part (where Liara starts to cry) because the tone of the dialogue at that point is appropriately sober. Especially when you compare it to the "blue children" option, which has Liara going "lol you cad" and giving Shepard a playful shove.

Maybe the "It's not tomorrow yet" line fits the scene better, but I don't like Liara's reaction.
Her angry look is not something I want from a romance conclusion.
Or maybe I see the whole thing completely wrong, I don't know.

I would have been pleased if they had made a third option, for that scene. But not "I should go".

I think both fit the scene really well but the "Blue children" line is best imo, it really just depends on how you want it to play out.

Why or how did Liara get to the bridge before Shepard once they reached Ilos, if she was lying naked in Femme Shepards' bed while our loving commander was fully dressed?

What took her so long to get up there?

Hmmmm, got me thinking this has.

IIRC, Joker announces they're 5 minutes out from the Mu Relay during the post lovemaking scene.

You then get the cut scene of the Normandy going through the relay and coming out the other side, with a planet which I presume is Ilos off in the distance, imagine it would take a bit of time to reach it from the relay giving Liara enough time to head up to the bridge, providing she doesn't dally around in Shepard's quarters :P

As for what Shepard got up, could be any number of things, but I like to think he was sneaking a quick snack to replenish the energy he'd just exerted

nice - Maybe Shepard was getting dressed for a second time while the sneaky Asari made her way to the bridge..hmmm

Uh oh. You don't think Liara thought it was just a joke do you?:o

ME3 is going to be difficult to play. With Liara on the ship it's going to take every ounce of willpower I have to actually do missions and not run straight to Liara's room after every mission to see if she has something new to say:?

Is there something wrong with that? :D I'm going to visit Liara's room (or Shep's room if she's living there with him/her) every two minutes, just to see if she has something new to say and to make sure I'm not going to miss anything

Nothing wrong with that but at that rate, I'll never finish the game. Knowing ME games I'm sure we'll most likely not see a romance scene until just before the final fight. So here I'm stuck between spending all my time in Liara's quarters, or finishing the game and getting to that (I hope) awesome romance scene and the way their romance works out. Oh and the conclusion of the story and how the Reapers are defeated, almost forgot that part. I know.. priorities...

Screw the galaxy and the reapers, Shepard has more important things to do (i.e. chatting with his/her girl) I hope that there's going to be other romantic stuff too, before the final mission sex scene, it doesn't have to be sex necessarily but something. This time it's different, they already know each other and they are in a relationship already, so it would be silly if there's nothing between them before this final mission thing...

When I get my hands on ME3 then I'm gonna be so no life  Nothing else than ME3 in my life during that first play through, just gaming 24/7 and a lot of coffee  Okay maybe not quite like that, but almost... So I'll manage to complete that game no matter how much I'll spend time chatting with Liara :)

That depends on how ME3 ends for me I suppose. Of course I'll be a little sad because an awesome trilogy is now over and we'll be seeing no more Mass Effect (Don't know what they'll do with ME4 but it'll be a lot different without Shepard, that's for sure).

I guess the end of ME affects how I feel when it's over. I'm hoping for a Shepard/Liara walk off into the distance, holding hands, talking about the future kind of ending (or maybe they fly off). As long as they're together I'll be happy. Definitely no Shepard dies or worse, Shepard dissapears and is never seen again ending. Might watch a 'Shepard dies but Liara lives' ending on youtube eventually though with Ali Hillis' superb sad!Liara voice acting in Lotsb, I do not know if I have the strenght to watch a scene like that.

I think I'll have kind of empty feeling for a moment, like okay now it's over, no more ME, ever, period. So I don't think I'm going to be sad exactly, but feeling empty, we've all waited ME3 for so long and finally we get it and then we complete this great story and then there is nothing, nothing to wait for anymore. And I think that the story of Mass Effect is something we'll never see again and we definitely haven't seen before ME, with this save file transferring feature and all. But luckily we can always re-play ME trilogy, but I always fall for those same choices and for Liara ofc so I'm not even trying to get any different outcomes, maybe after I've completed the whole trilogy I'll try something new.
