Every time I start feeling bad or empathetic towards people who don't like Liara and/or don't like the favoritism she is shown, I stumble into a thread filled to the brim with the Anti-Liara brigade of posters, and the feelings evaporate. At worst, it tempts me to become smug about it, which ain't fun.

The SB DLC was a nice touch but I don't think it's anything the VS should be jealous about because they should have a big/perm role in ME3. Liara was alil chubby in ME1, but she trimmed down in ME2, but fantastic in ME3.. now that's character development (even personality-wise)

It was actually a serious question...

Oh okay.

To be frank. I would just imagine that all three ME1 romances would breed a "us vs them" mentality between the fans of each game (when it comes to the romances), unlike now where the distaste is simply focused on Liara for being a pet character.

If I were overly dramatic, I'd do a long soliloquy* about how the Liara fanbase is beset upon at all sides from the hordes of ME2 LI fans clamoring for more coverage of their favroite character and the united front of the VS fanbase who have been particularly bitter since the spoiler leak, and all of the preceeding resenting Liara for her role in the ME universe.

But, I'm not overly dramatic.

I can't see that happening with sensible ME2 fans. None of their LI's got swept under the rug.

But what about Team Dextro? They're in all three games, which is still more than Liara or VS.

I guess team Dextro would actually be on the ME1 romances side then. It would actually be a ME1 characters vs ME2 characters.

That's a lotta DLC, potentially...

Methinks there's going to be something for all the ME2 LIs, but some are probably going to get more screentime than others
