When you kill the Shadow Broker, and kiss Liara twice, then leave without trying to pursue the romance (hit Goodbye), Liara will stop and say "Wait! About before... When we kissed... I know you're not with anyone now... but that doesn't mean... Just because we were together before... I miss you... But it's been two years..."

Oh I was saying you first get recognition when you kill vasir then inerupt Liara and say I wanna talk about us, i didn't know she mentioned your "infidelity" again

Technically, it's not really cheating. Or at least, I don't consider it cheating. As Liara says, it's been two years. You were dead. You two weren't exactly together. And you might have moved on.

However, I just like knowing that she's aware that I did move on, or tried to. Prefer the romance to honest.

And if you don't break-up with the ME2 character, then it's cheating.

I agree with this completely.

Quite frankly Shepard romancing one of the ME2 LIs should not be considered cheating. His death ended the ME1 relationship, and none of the ME1 LIs are interested in picking up where things left off at the time that you meet them in ME2. Obviously that changes with Liara in LotSB, but if LotSB gets played after Shepard raided the Collector Base, Shepard hasn't cheated on Liara. It is possible however, for him to cheat on his ME2 LI with Liara.

I hypthosise you have to get the jealousy scene in ME1 to get  the ' "but you have someone' dialouge in LOTSB. The reason I think this is because: if you pick 'lets try again option'  in LOTSB Liara says; "Okay, if your sure. But I don't want to cause trouble.No arguments, no choices."

And what happens in ME1 if you  get the jealousy scene? An argument, and making a choice.

If I'm right that means..the jealousy event in ME1 was flagged  (50% of my sheps are now up shi*  creek, without a paddle lol.)

Can someone with the P.C version check?

I don't think so. I have two Shepards that had the confrontation scene, and that dialogue still didn't happen.

Why do you feel it's flagged? The scene happens regardless of your dialogue options except when you are very careful and resolutely turn down Ash/Kaidan. If you don't take the 'You're out of line' line with Ashley she's just going to assume you have feelings for her and when you tell Liara you're interested you're pretty much set for the ME1 jealousy event. Kaidan works the same way I presume. I don't see how you're worried about this. Turn down the one you don't want to romance and you're done.
