I've got saves before every conversation or whatever that's available with Liara. I don't keep playing them over and over though. On Therum just before meeting Liara, one before each of her 3 conversations, 1 just before heading back to the citadel to be grounded (including locker scene) and one before going to Ilos (for obvious reasons).

Same goes for ME2's moments with Liara, from the first meeting on Ilum to just before fighting the shadow broker and before asking her to come to the normandy for drinks.:D

Interesting question. I'd say no, due to that being overused with Ashley. I mean skipper is a hard pill to swallow for me. I hope they go easy on that in ME3. Although my main is and will always be Liara for life, I have an alt that has an affinity to Ashley, but damn that skipper BS. Why couldn't it be something else... everytime she says skipper I start to think of skipping and fields filled with flowers. Very nasty sight. :sick: :P


'Skipper' isn't a nickname.

It is navy slang for the captain of a ship. With their nautical origins, Marines also use 'skipper' to refer to Marines with the rank of Captain, even though they don't command vessels.

So when Ashley calls Shepard skipper she isn't giving him a personal nickname, she's addressing him by an informal title for the billet he holds. (ship's Captain) It is basically the same as calling him 'Commander,' though more informal.


Well S'cuse my ignorance given I didnt know that, but nonetheless it sounds a tad cheezy to me. 


It's actually something the modern US military practices.

Another bit of US military slang from ME1 was how Ashley would sometimes call Kaidain "LT" (pronounced "el-tee"), an honorific that enlisted and NCOs would sometimes bestow on their commanding Lieutenant.

Liara is clearly taller than FemShep, who is about the same height as Jack, who stands at about 6'/183cm in her mugshot.

My estimate is that Liara stands at a statuesque 6'1"/186cm, same as Ana Ivanović or Venus Williams.

I would love an action figure of Liara.  I actually would have paid the 70 dollars for the Liara statue because it was so high quality if it didn't look like it did.
