There's a possibility that Liara offers new players the chance to romance her in ME3. Because of this, some might ignore her, because they don't want to accidentally romance her. What's your thoughts on this?

Dear Goddess no! No freaking children during Mass Effect 3. Period.

If people start ignoring certain characters because they're afraid of being ninjamanced then it's their loss. Everyone knows you don't need to completely ignore a character in order to avoid their romance. Since BioWare has repeatedly stated Shepard has to express interest first before squadmembers start returning those feelings, it would also be a weird course of action to take. I guess that was done mostly to appease the anti s/s romance crowd.

Honnestly Liara is my favorite Mass Effect LI and IMO the best one... if people choose to ignore her... their loss.

My thought is: If you are failing at making savegames, before talking to Squadmates. You will only beat Mass Effect 3 in the Story mode.

Casual in ME3, is not the Casual from ME2.

And thanks for the info on the Demo. I was hoping for the Sur'kesh Mission.

It will defiantly be worth romancing Liara as a 'new player' at least once for certain dialouge

I haven't posted for awhile, but something has been bugging me. I know that Liara's romance arc is open to all genders, but why does it seem like that there are more art and fanfictions with her and Fem!Shep than Male!Shep? I play with a Male!Shep with Liara as my LI, so it gets frustrating when I look for Male!Shep/Liara fanfiction.

Probably because Liara is the main F/F character in the ME series. If there were more options, you'd probably see less art of her in general.

I also feel bad not seeing many Male-Shep/Liara art. Fan fiction I don't really give a **** about.

Those who like genuninly  like F/F only have Liara in ME1 and ME2.
The malessheps have well,  Miranda *rolles eyes*
Hale and Alli have more chemistry in there lines.
Artwise women are easier to draw.

It's just a bunch of things really.

It's depends. For me, Male-Shep I feel they are more connected. While with Hale I don't. Simple as that.

No hate here for Miranda ... Of course, one of my Shepards romanced her in ME2.

You don't have to have just one romance. Multiple Shepards = multiple romances!

Mine are Liara, Ashley, Kaidan and Miranda. Who knows what ME3 will bring.

I can see them referencing the comic they were both in (I can't remember the name) as a little easter egg sort of deal for the people that read it, but probably not much aside from that, except for a bit of banter.

to be completely honest i romanced miranda with one of my Sheps before LOTSB came out and i hope she's available as a squad mate atleast temporarily if not permanently in ME3

I don't think she's available for either role. I know for a fact she isn't permanent, but she does have her own set of associated missions (As does every other ME2 character).
