Must tickle Miranda in ME3....

btw, if flirting is the paragon way, what's the renegade option? :3

I think the difference is in the delivery... cute vs. crude.

I so hate these facebook this and that things. No way I ever log in just to get future spam to my account or something else equally annoying.

I killed my facebook account months ago. It's little more than useless.

while I may be craving ME3, I will not write down "my best flirt" on a freaking game character

even if she is my favourite

What's this about a Mass Effect facebook game I keep reading about? Something new?

In other news: 1 month until Mass Effect 3. We're so close now!

I actually just did it for the heck of it, lol
I went with turning her down though. I don't get why that is inherently renegade. :|
I would of chosen rejection for any LI character.

I hope some of these people don't use these actual flirts they write (or rejections) on actual people.

Since I don't have facebook I don't know which ones you mean. Could you give a few examples of the flirts and rejections from that game?:pinched:

You either click a "flirt" button or a "reject" button.
After that you type your response in, there is nothing to select after that.

Which is why I hope most these people don't flirt with real people like the responses you can see typed in haha
The responses vary from tired old "Make me a sammich" to really serious heartfilled responses and to sounding more like Commander Shepard is a frustrated teenager sending Liara a text message.

But of course we all know that's not possible. Shep can't even email from the ship to reply to his/her mom, let alone send a text (or say, record a conversation with a reaper) from that damn useless omni tool.

lol

Darn!

It has been too long since I last played any Bioware games.
I forgot about Shepard's technological inadequacy :(

Have I ever told you that you'd make an interesting specimen for in-depth study?

"I have been looking into your species and was wondering if you could help me out on data regarding how humans respond to pressure."

? Left eyebrow up

"Oh! that didn't... I meant... This isn't going well. Atmospheric pressure!"

Ripping off some ME1 dialogue here:

"So, you study Prothean ruins on your own, with only pirates and thieves for company? Sounds dangerous. ...and lonely."

Ha! Hackett just made my day. I finally played Arrival post SM and got...

"...besides, I don't think this is a Cerberus ship anymore. Is it?"

You bet your ass it isn't. I've been wearing my blues all along dammit; thanks to texmod.

I wish you could reply to people, you could in GTA lV. With an angry or kind reponse. Which would work great in ME :/

Good read and no spoilers in it of course. I have remained spoiler free thus far save for the game play vids - and I will tide myself over with the demo if the 'story so far' backstory creation element is good enough to recreate one of my Sheps.

As spoilers go, I don't see combat or elements thereof as spoilers. That isn't what I like ME for anyway, even though the combat was nice in ME2 - no more getting shot in the back or having my squadies shoot walls... Given what 2 was supposed to be and what it ended up being due to the 'rush to market' fumble, it's obvious things can change drastically in the course of production. Lets just hope the price DA2 and ME2 paid got BW to go back to what made ME1 great. We'll soon find out.

I know it will likely never happen, but it would be nice if BW re-released the series in a few years built on 3s engine (or better) and mechanics and fix ME2s story in the process.

Edit - amused blue...

I couldn't avoid all the spoilers, thanks to some spoiler w***** on the BSN. Like you need to be a rocket scientist to use spoiler tags. Do that in the SW:TOR forums and you get flamed, no flame shield will ever save you. But on the BSN everyone thinks it's okay to spoil the game for everyone.

I can't even imagine what the writers felt. Don't give be BS about wanting to know before you buy a game. That's what demos are made for.
