I'm playing my fist ME2 Vanguard and holy crap I love this class; I should be asleep, but I can't stop owning mercs. It's getting harder to pick a fav class now... I still totally love Infiltrator, but Adept and Vanguard are damn near tied for top spot - Vanguard has the edge on both right now though. Just wow.
Once you join the Vanguard, there is no going back
Not romancing Liara with a femshep is really weird for me, as is not romancing miranda with a mshep. 0-o I think I have overplayed the game so much elements have becoem habitual.
Same. I think big part plays that Asari are only female (shape) so you kinda feel better romancing her with female character rather than male.
Female Shepard
Not just female shaped, but acctually are Female, as explicitly stated in the ME2 codex titled The
Galactic Codex: Essentials Edition 2183 says that "while asari have only one gender, they are not asexual like single-celled life—all asari are sexually female"
http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Asari *unfortunately its a paraphrasing of the exact entries all smashed together*
Mono = one
Gender = you know what this means
mono-gendered = One gender
Mono-gendered is a discriptive term that coexists with them being all sexually female, it does not conflict.
In my opinion, confusion arises from Liara's talk of not "exactly being a woman". What she means is shes not exaxctly like a human female, for which the word "woman" is used. HuMan, WoMan, Man.
/asari biology rant ;P To limit confusion;P
