Anyone knows if i try to romance Samara and she turns me down will Liara turn me down after that as well ? I would guess no since i didn't really romance her, but i need to ask.

Was it in a leak? Are you going to tell me that because I made this choice, Liara is a "lesser" character? Did Casey say Liara is a lesser character after this choice?

Liara does not get angry at you for flirting with Samara or Kelly in LOTSB. The attempted romance with Samara has been confirmed in twitter to be acknowledged and remembered in ME3 though, so perhaps if you bring Liara with you to Samara's cameo/scenes in ME3 you could have an awkward situation.

In my experience with multiple ME1 to ME 2 imports, there really is no 'better' they are just different. It's not like your first playthrough locks you out of all other. Someone's opinion on how my canon playthrough 'may or may not be good for this or that reason' means nothing to me. It's their opinion. My canon is for better or worse, my Sheps fixed reality. She made her bed and she's got to lie in it.

And any kind of effort put into the game for the purpose of replayability is fine with me. I actually have two canon Femsheps; of each alignment, and lots of fodder/alternate universe Sheps to soak up every bit of fun this game has to offer.

It would probably be in our best interest to change the subject

There's a possibility a Homeworld comic will be about Liara. Any ideas of possible "homeworld" story they'd tell?

So I just realized in one of my playthroughs, I technically stayed faithful to Liara, but I ended up having a fling with Kelly. Does this count as "cheating"? Will Liara flay me alive with her mind in ME3 for it? *shudder*

I consider it cheating, but that depends on what Liara has to say. She might say nothing, due to writing constraints.

Since they seem to be more or less origin stories, maybe something to do with Benezia?  Or her early days in archaeology, finding the first clues about the cycle of extinctions?

Did that too. She doesn't seem to mind. We'll see if it comes back to haunt us.

Kelly is a counselor so maybe there is some doctor patient confidentiality there. Also, you never go 'all the way' with Kelly. She's just a 'display model' and feeds your fish. In a few of my play throughs I let it get to the point where we have dinner, and then I shut her down. I just wanted my fish fed because this top of the line frigate seems to be lacking a feed timer. It would be fun for Liara to tease Shep about it at least once though, but not have it impact their relationship IMO. No paramour, no effect.

If she had a problem with it you would think she would have made a snappy line to Shepard while on hotel Azure likes she does to all the other cheaters.
