That's okay. I kept asking him questions even after Liara said to stop. A little shock therapy was needed, in my opinion.

OK change of plans. He did help save me after all. A bullet in the gut might be too cold. So I'll at least let him go out in style. I'll save Morinth and sic her on him. It costs me Samara but at least I'll have a reason to actually pick that choice for once.

OH! Or maybe instead of having to sacrifice Samara I'll manipulate him so he commits an injustice she has to kill him for. Liara's an asari, she'll accept the ruling.

Am I thinking too much into this?

To be fair, I wouldn't mind if Liara and Feron get together (unromanced ofc), but I would prefer an asari partner for an unromanced Liara (the ridiculous stigma of pureblood asari makes no sense to me).

It seem's so, and this thread is the most civil so far. It's like most threads end up in a m.shep v.s femshep war, or multiplayer is stupid, or anti-gay, or (and heres the clincher) OMFGZ LIARA SUCKS!!

You know, I acctually have noticed how unsually civil it is in here;P on this the ME3 Liara thread, but never had the right context to mention it untill just now.

And to speak from experience..it used to be much worse like a year or so ago, with many of the things you mentioned. M.shep vs Femshep was one i remember quite well....yuck, that was turbulent.

Im glad we seem to be in the "live and let live" mode that we are now.

I I missed most of that last year. ( It took me alot of convincing to play mass-effect.) I was however not spared from the Vitaroll which was the DA2 forums.

I'm pretty sure all liara loving, Fem/Male sheps can agree on this scenario:

Feron flirts with both  versions  of Liara.

Mshep"I'll hold him down,and you punch."
FShep "Sounds good to me."

And thus, feron died, a horrible death.

Meh. I don't understand the Feron jealousy personally.

Shepard was dead. Who Liara hooked up with in that time is of no consequence, as it wasn't cheating, and would have been healthier than just wallowing in self-pity and depression for two years. I'm not saying that is what happened while Shepard was dead, just that if that was written into Liara & Feron's backstory it shouldn't be a cause for homicidal rage.

Likewise Feron falling for Liara after his rescue shouldn't be cause for stalker rage either. So long as Liara doesn't reciprocate, what would Shepard have to be jealous about?

In my headcanon Liara did find comfort while Shepard was "dead" though not with Feron ... and Shepard would understand even though she would feel a slight jealousy.

But now that Shepard is back, if Feron were to try and move in on Liara that would not be good. But it would be funny if Bioware did make that happen and then Shepard could have an option to be jealous with Liara putting Shepard at ease ... reaffirming that Liara loves Shepard not Feron.

Why should the triangle always be centered around Shepard?
