I... think the stages are biological and physiological, not mental. She's certainly quite mature for a maiden, but I believe she still is one.
No that's not true. In the codex it explains that Asari pass from one stage to another at different times. Its different for each Asari, its when they "feel" done with one stage and ready for the next.
I agree with Turbo. It very well could be that she's moved on to the Matron stage. Or is in transition.
I wonder if this will be touched on in ME3 ... I'd be sad to see her move into the matron stage this early myself.
And if they were to just default her into the matron stage then a non-romanced Liara was "melding" frequently with who?Looks at Feron.
- The Matron stage of life begins around the age of 350, though it can be triggered earlier if the individual melds frequently. This period is marked by a desire to settle in one area and raise children.
Poor Feron... Nah, I hate that guy, though it's not his fault. Liara is just emotionally intense, even for friends.
Melding many times does not necessarily mean sex or true bonding. It could be that all of those minds she flayed while being the Infomation Broker from hell aged her. It could also be the melding with Shep - who does not seem to have a normal mind - had some impact. Even Shiala wants some of what Shep is cooking... and did you see the look on her face after the ME1 meld. lol. Maybe my pissed Shep should hook up with the hot sexy green machine.

Good eye. The light armors look similar but the plating is different.

Oooo so-orry Miss Quotes the Codex Word for Word.
Just let me bask in my little happy world where Shepard lives for 500+ years and she and Liara have lots of little blue babies.

They are very similar and I probably wouldn't have remembered the difference, but I'm playing through ME1 again in preparation for ME3, and just recently switched Gladiator Armor for Guardian on Liara.
I think she looks best in Ursa Armor though.

You "wanna marry her and make blue baby" Liara-ites! If Bioware puts a wedding in ME3 and forces my Shepard down the aisle ... I'm hunting you karmensandiego down! No marriage or blue babies for EW Shepard ...karmensandiego wrote...

OT: Just saw a clip on youtube of the demo beginning and it is looking good. Only looked at the Ash part to avoid seeing something new and she looks great, IMO. I think that all the hard work, long hours, missing family, etc that the team at Bioware has went through is going to really show in the final product.
Really excited to play the finished product.
EDIT: TOP
The way Liara with EW Shepard would look if babies were mentioned. Not impressed.
