Nuthin's up.  PMC's just deathly afraid of the future adorable blue baby of Shepard and Liara so I like scaring her with it occasionally.

Would someone like to elaborate on this for me? I though there was consensus regarding blue babies...

PMC isn't alone in objecting to little blue babies.

Two things that should not be in the game are a wedding ceremony, or Shep's LI announcing that she is prego.

Really ? I would be quite sad if this didn't happen.

So you want the pro-wedding/kids to be limited to you don't have to be? That's not choice.

I disagree. It should be a path choice depending on dialog options. If you didn't want blue babies, then you didn't have to pick that path. Also, there should be an option to reaffirm that path in ME3; if BW bothered to go there at all, so it leads to an ending that suits everyone's choices.

Obviously there are limits and romance is not a focus of this story, but it is the 'perk or reward' for our hero and thus does deserve a little attention. Happily ever after can easily happen with or without wedding, with or without blue babies.

Because it limits where each of us see the characters going post -ME3?

I don't know why Han doesn't want that in but I just don't want to see it.

Personally, with the exception of my canon FemShep, I want to see as many possible outcomes as I can; that is why I have 7 Shepards... The major value in this game, and why I'm willing to lay down 70 creds, is the re-playability.

Why would parents call Fox News, since the game is rated Mature?

Do it, but only in the epilogue, that would be fine by me.
I don't enjoy the baby thing in any game, not even in The Sims or The Guild, where I need a progeny.

It just doesn't fit the setting of a galactic war, when one of your Squadis goes into labor. (Awkward.)
But I enjoyed Vector's marriage proposal in SW:TOR, so I'm warming up to that idea a little bit.
It should be "Alien", I always fear Liara becomes to much human :(

My first reaction was like "ZOMFG seriously wtf man!?" :D Makes me kinda happy Wrex and Grunt weren't romancable :P. That is exactly why I always eat dinner at the kitchen table, never in front of my computer.

I should know better then to eat it there, but, alas I do not. I don't really like the music in this. I'm not getting any feeling from it.

and because wedding and blue babies were both mentioned...

For that LI path, I agree. She is emoting more human, but for the permanent bond things, I'd prefer a bond ceremony or a combination of the two to honor the cultures of both. And dammit, for us spacers, I want my mom there. Hannah should be easy to random render based on Shep's hair, face, skin, etc.

I don't really see what GTA has to do with this but  yeah, I know. But my point is that why would they complain about the game having material that is unsuitable for their kids when the kids shouldn't be playing it in the first place. And yes, I know how the things work irl, I played 18+ rated games too when I was a kid. So if you're old enough to buy the game I don't think your parents really care what's the content of the games your playing, and if you're not old enough, the parents simply should look in the mirror for handing the unsuitable game for their kid.

"ZOMFG I bought a rated M game for my 12-year-old kid just to realize it was unsuitable for him, burn Bioware down!!!! Stop selling these awfull games to our kids!!!"  I mean, that just doesn't make any sense, does it.

Maybe it has something to do with the Hot Coffe Mod. There were files in the GTA:SA game, where people could play "dirty games", with the girlfriends. It was a huge scandal. I mean, you can kill people in the game and take their money, but the parents where raging about bad mini games? Really?

Aethyta+Hannah Shepard in ME3? This has so much potential of becoming the most hilarious moment in a video game. =D

its easier for parents to complain than actually teach there kids right from wrong

plus there was a big uproar when 1 came out about the romance scene in the game and Fox just happened to use Liara as it's postergirl for this *raises voice so all of the assembled masses can hear* scandal, how dare those silly canadians show a bi-racial, Lesbian relationship in it's games *huffs a little more and now in a quieter voice* I'm gonna go back into my office now and do some research that actually looked pretty well... I'm all for replay value and so I wouldn't mind the option of bond/wedding ceremonies or babies (blue or otherwise) in ME3 at the epilogue. I just don't want it in my playthrough. Maybe in a few years I'll go to play the game again and I'll create a new Shepard with Liara and (s)he'll want them.

It's the same with Shepards who chose not to romance Liara in ME1 or ME2 ... or broke up with her in ME2. I have no problem with those Shepards getting back with Liara in ME3. I might down the road create a Shepard that this would fit their story.

As to abortions ... uh, no. I like replay value but that is just  ... Posted Image

Hi friend!!! long time no see :devil: you know, Liara's so amazing that everybody has something new to share or to talk, so it's normal her thread grow up so that in such 2 days^_^

Instead of that, the bluebabies spam was hilarious, but I think I know what Liara thinks about "those bastards" (quoting her talking about Council in LotSB) of the Fox News:

I'm the only here who was touched by the kid scene in the demo, and also Shep's look when that reaper destroy the ship in which the kid was?? That was an incredible dialog and scene, so emotionally strong... if ME3 is fullfilled with scenes like that it's gonna be a great game

I liked the vent scene. I felt it gave a nice perspective on the galactic war that I would imagine we would have forgotten had it not been shown to us.
