Anyhoo.  I'm all confused.  I don't have the demo so I can't play mp but you guys are making it sound really fun!  And even people who said they weren't going to get the demo are playing!  (I'm looking at you PMC... traitor.<_<)

What are phantoms?

And what's this about playing a brand new shepard first on ME3?  Can't I just play a brand new Shepard second on ME3 and still see the difference Priestly was talking about?

Phantoms are a Cerberus enemy that can cloak. (Although they  only use blades.)

I play infiltrator now, and watch vangaurds get 1-hit-ko'd by phantoms.

What? Can't a gal change her mind? I found out that it's the same mission that I waited 3.5 hours to play in San Diego so it was okay ... No spoilers. And my girlfriends (Liara & Ash) were calling to me ... I swear!

Oh, and one more thing ...

Yeah Atlas's are big slow moving mechs that are heavily armored and fire rockets (think of the YMIR's from 2 only harder to take down and with little people inside). I play as an adept with a shotgun and pistol only and i'd still rather face them then the phantom's.... I hate those stupid ninjas. Also Karmen i have no idea where you are but it's almost 3 am on the East Coast so i'm gonna be going to bed, also you should seriously check out the demo don't worry me and PMC can vouch no spoilers or atleast no more than what you've seen in the trailers

Wasn't playing mp, I was still sleeping here in Europe when you posted, but you have to come play co-op with us karmen, it's a lot of fun :happy:. Liara thread kicking some Cerberus butt, PEW PEW!

And, why I didn't find anything really weird when googling "asari baby" (yeah, had to do it )? ...Or am I just so dirty minded that the weird stuff is normal to me and thus don't pay any attention to it .

Well, I don't post here often but I have to ask this:

I wanted to do another ME2 playthrough as mental preparation for part 3. And since my canon Sheps are all done and ready to go I started a brand new character.

But when everything was loaded, intro watched and facial customisation done, I had to think about playing the Shadow Broker DLC without the Liara romance parts and couldn't get myself to start the game anymore.

Do I have to be worried or proud now? I'm confused


On a side note, I did that google search, I just had to
I found a bunch of clam soup reciepes, videos of oldschool women's wrestling, a rather sophisticated looking asari mod for Sims 3 and a mildly disturbing troll picture of "fat Liara" but nothing too shocking.
Maybe the european Google want's to protect it's customers from potentially damaging content

Yeah, "only" use blades. Two days ago I actually got stabbed by one, had the whole fancy animations and everything, and then I was out for the rest of the wave.

They have sidearms as well, btw 

Shame Cerberus couldn't have given us this kind of support in ME2, sucks how they get all these badasses the moment Shepard leaves the organisation.
