Okay, so that might not work.  I don't mind them skipping ahead to show the marrige/babies, but it might be hard for them to allow us to carry on playing (like in ME2) if that happened... 

If Liara said that at the beginning of ME3, my Shepards would be keeping her as far from the freaking front line as was humanly possible.

So, yeah, it might not work.

Or, you'll have no choice in taking her along, and Liara-romancing Shepards will be forced to wear a Scumbag Steve hat throughout the game.

Yeah, or if you chose to take her into battle anyway, she could maybe die or something... So it brings more emotional decisions to the game!

But yeah, most likely won't work...

Just avoid the rest of the forums for a while. It's just 1,5 weeks until EA starts doing that weird balloon promotional action (That's right - Just 1,5 weeks until the first people could potentially play ME3 AND troll the internet with spoilers) so just hang in there for 1,5 weeks. After that I'll be avoiding the internet altogether. I will not have ME3 spoiled for me by some troll. Not after avoiding spoilers dillegently for so long.

this is one great idea, playing after the epilogue like ME2 but what to play?? I mean, I suppose everybody will play every mission they find without saving them, because nobody knows the game's mechanics (I mean for example Arrival in wich after epilogue you talk to Harbinger or not if done before SM) so what we have to play after ending??

I support your idea hoping BW will make some engine which can create infinite side missions, like Skyrim which have "no end"... I know MP will suit this, but MP don't afect SP at 100% (MP will help eventually succeed SP, but you can easily win SP without MP)

Same here, apart from Arrival, I did that afterwards anyway.

The only problem with a Side-mission creator is that we may get side-missions as boring as the ones in the first Mass Effect, and those were very, very boring!

I imagine the Liara/Aethyta storyline won't be critical to the plot and will be a side mission if it's covered (I think it will be) so that'd count as a liara specific mission wouldn't it?
