And she's the only Asari/Female outside the squad and cerberus crew who is actually wearing pants. Every other asari and female wears a skirt strangely enough. I was pleasantly surprised to see Aria wear something different. Though truthfully could anyone picture Aria in a skirt? Didn't think so:P

Edit: Top of the page Liara picture coming up.

I do hope I get to deepen the relationship with Liara in the 3rd game, not with just a kiss and quicky.

Better then just hear her plat her REVENGE!!!!!!!!!!! against the SB and not interract with Shepard in any way.
I think it was agreat mistake on Bioware's part to make just a cameo, I'm so glad she is returning in ME3.

Maybe twas just a crafty way to get us all to buy LotSB. In a sense they held her to ransom and we all paid to get her back.

It was the only way to keep her out of the squad and the SM. They needed to in order to guarantee she'll be in ME3. I wasn't bothered at all by the illium cameo. Perhaps that was because I didn't pick up ME2 until Lotsb was already out. So I knew there was more out there that involved Liara. Can't imagine how hard it must have been for the Liara loves who had to wait months before added Liara content.

I was talking about them dresses with a long skirt that goes over the shoes even. Anyway, very observant. I don't normally pay attention to ME comics and books. Though I did read some summaries of the ME books=]

No! No catsuit for Liara please!

Unless Liara somehow got stuck in one and Shepard has to help her get it off? ;)

GENTLEMEN! And ladies. We've got ourselves a winner for the new 'Think of a ME3 assignment' competition!

Shepard: Liara, EDI said you needed help with something.
Liara: Shepard, thank the goddess you came. I put on this dress because... well just because and now I can't take it off!.
Shepard: Oh I'll help you with that! *Devious smirk*

Perhaps Liara should use a holographic message (Princess Leia stye) to ask Shepard for help instead of EDI. If only so Shepard can get a visual clue on what to expect?^_^

Jees she might as well send a message like:

"Shepard! I am stuck in your quarters naked! Please come help me! Oh and lock the door after you come in."

I have no idea why, but I suddenly started to wonder what a 'bad hair day' would be like for Liara.  /uploads_user/1070000/1069890/28007.gif

I guess that depends if her head folds are flexible or not.
Of course she could always put on a wig, mess it up and then have a bad hair day.

... Or she could put on a Miranda wig for the same effect! lol

How much XP will you get for this quest and is there a Renegade option?

It's funny I was recording some Renegade lines on Illium but it's the first time I heard the Benezia line.
Makes me wonder if Benezia will go down in history as a victim of Saren or as a villain who helped him.

You can say the same thing about Saren though, public knowledge is that he is a rogue spectre who betrayed the council when i reality he was a victim of indoctrination (paragon) never played renegade, I assume the renegade option doesn't show that he is just a slave to Sovereign.

Aethyta calls Benezia a screw up and is quite angry when talking about her so according to her, Benezia is seen as a villain who helped Saren. Though her opinion about Benezia can't really be called reliable due to the assumed history between the two.

"But however history remembers her, she got things done."
I don't think if the knowledge in ME2, which is based on lies from the council, can be called history.

Seeing as it's still assumed Liara is the offspring of Benezia and Aethyta and that said two broke up with eachother before Liara was born, that's actually what I meant when I said history.

Of course if Aethyta is Liara's father, she had a history with Benezia. But I think Liara means history in general. How future generations will view Benezia.

Hard to say. Let's be positive and say Liara and Shepard have a kid together several decades after ME3. Then she eventually has a child of her own, by that time it's been like 400 years. So many things will happen in those 400 years that I think the general Asari population by that time won't even remember Benezia. Even though the maidens and most matron Asari from today will still live by then (Those who aren't killed by the reapers). She's just one more Matriarch, her significance completely overshadowed by whatever plays in the galaxy by then.

It's the only DLC I played in every game.  As Tali would say, "It was totally worth it."

I have a feeling that the Asari republics downplayed Benezia's involvement with Saren to the best of their ability. Considering we don't hear any mention of her in the news. So I guess they were succsesfull enough.

"EDIT"

Either that or her involvement was never public knowlegde.

The only thing is. When important political figures dissapear. People tend to ask questions.
