No, that is anti-marriage & baby attitude! Image IPB

I love Liara  ...

It's just EW Shepard does not want those things. She loves being with Liara, making her laugh and getting her to not always take life so serious but both of them are content with being together as is.

Liara: If one more person says the M or B word again to EW Shepard ... I'm gonna put a singularity on their butt!

Amy Shep and Liara hope E.W. and Liara are happy. If canon universes colide, you can babysit our little blue babies. :P

Cool! And Amy & Liara can come over to Liara & EW's on Illium for a nice dinner party. Liara just finished a new painting made just for Amy/Liara's baby. Image IPB

I guess if that's what you want. But saying that you rather Liara have Feron's kids rather than Shep's makes me think.
Edit: I used the K word XD

I'd say an Asari; first or middle, human; first or middle - one of each. It's the last name that would differ for personal canons. I can say that if there is a Bond/Wedding, my FemSheps story ends because she will be a T'Soni... Not even sure if Asari change last names when bonding. That's a human thing.

I've always liked the name Aaliyah for my Shep's kid.  It's human but looks kind of asari-ish, at least in my head.  I also always assumed that the last name would just be T'Soni - Shep wouldn't want her child burdened with her name.  T'Soni, while probably equally well known, would seem to draw slightly less attention.

I just preordered ME3 for the PC, now I just have to wait for 9th March until I can see Liara and the rest of the team again. I also hope the demo MP stats and levels will carry over to the full game, I don't want to lose my lvl 18 asari adept.:?

I didn't like the dress either. More because it seemed OOC for her than anything else.

I think the dresses were in character, and made sense for the scenes they were in. The first time we see Liara in a dress she is working as an Information Broker, and is in her office on Illium. She was in a business setting, even if that business is tied up in the underworld. A labcoat there just wouldn't make sense. The second time you see her in a dress is while she is on a date with Shepard on the Normandy. It makes sense that she would dress up on a date rather than wear a work uniform.

Her Shadow Broker dress, or her Illium Office dress?

I do think her office dress was out of character. It might have shared the same color scheme, but I don't picture Liara as the dress type. Plus I thought it looked kind of ugly. The Shadow Broker was different, since it was a special night, and she wanted to impress.

But after seeing her in her LOTSB dress, it's become the iconic image for Liara for me. It just seems so perfect for her.

No, I said that if Liara was pregnant it would be Feron's because that is not what Shepard wants and I don't see Liara going against Shepard's wishes and using her "superglue DNA" anyway. If Liara really wanted that baby then she would have to turn elsewhere ... *looks at Feron*

I've thought about if Liara for some odd reason wanted a baby now if EW would be okay with Liara mating with Feron for that purpose only. At the moment I think that she would prefer that over Liara using her for that purpose ... and I'm not really sure why. I'm still working on that and understanding the reason why.

I am still crafting the whole ins & outs of that relationship ... who the two are separately and who they are together. It will also be impacted by what ME3 throws in the path as well. Their relationship, at least in my world, is just at the start and so only time will tell where it leads them.

Just curious: Am I the only one who prefers the LotSB Captain's Quarters dialogue when having it before the Suicide Mission? I mostly see people saying they prefer the version after it. I know there's a lot of personal preference in that and all, but I just wanted to know if anyone else feels that it's more touching before. =]

Both in a sense for the exact reason you stated. She just does not seem the type to wear dresses. A fancy pantsuit yes, but not a dress. She spend all her life save the last year+ in dig uniforms and a lab coat. I can see going all out of the date on the ship, but it wasn't flattering in the least and also not in the style I'd have imagined for Liara inside my head. To top that off, being an IB may be a respected job on the surface, but it's inherently dangerous. She could be a bit challeneged to fight freely if it ever came to that... although it didn't seem to be a problem when she had to deal with Nyxeris, but that was not likely hand to hand.

Just keep in mind, it's only my opinion. And of course, it doesn't look all that easy to get out of... not something she would be wearing on a two year reuninion with her mate.

Hmm, now that I think of it I actually never did that dialogue before the SM since pacing wise I prefer to play the whole Shadow Broker DLC after the Mission.
I guess it's mainly the "How do you feel about the Reaper threat?" part of the dialogue that changes?

As I said earlier I prefer the labcoat by far, especially considering she's going to be on the Normandy again, but I don't really think the dress would have been a problem when she was an information broker, considering that she mostly use biotics, and seems to always wear a kinetic barrier.

...can't do anything but agree with the last part of course.

Well, that's part of it, but it's also that the possibilty of Shepard's death seems more imminent due to the SM, which makes Liara's worries and the whole scene more emotional, at least to me anyway.

I see, but don't be mad at us for wanting babies since that's how "our world" works. Anyway enough of that, here's some blue:

I've never begrudged you for wanting marriage or blue babies ... well, except for Karmen Image IPB

I want all options in-game so everyone can get what they want, honestly.

But if Bioware only chooses one then I would gladly put up with a marriage/babies scene at endgame since the majority wants it.

I always have my headcanon & fan fic to give me the ending I want. Image IPB

Yay, options! :P

Edit:

Oh, uhm... top of the page *looks back at other pages* Seems tradition dictates I should put a picture here, if only I knew how to do that... :(

Okay, let's try this!

*Finds random Liara picture that looks suitable*

Did... I do it right? :?

More Edit: Seems I'm just lousy at this whole image thing, ain't I? :pinched:

@FdL_Ananas,
