I really hope it's not pay to play i didn't hear anything about it being that it would make Liara Sad. and i hope you have better luck with the boxes than i have I've gotten upgrades for the Female Human Vanguard and that's it character wise and i don't use anything but adept and soldier

I have a question. Apparently you can choose what weapons you want your squad to use in Mass Effect 3, what weapons are you guys going to give Liara? Like lizardviking already said: SMG + Pistol. They should've received some upgrades and it fits her character better as well. As much as Liara has changed she's no Asari Commando, an assault rifle doesn't suit her, a sniper rifle even less. So I'm sticking with smg + pistol.

I haven't played the demo so I do not know exactly what her powers do. I guess it also depends on squadmember AI whether I focus on upgrading her powers first or I'll switch focus to her weapon damage. If she pops up from cover while a heavy mech is shooting directly at her and dies (like the ME2 squadmembers) then she won't be doing much damage with her guns anyway, might as well make her powers as devastating as possible 

So who's in the area that's going to grab a early copy as it falls from the sky? 

Origin will probably have some kind of date checker anyway. Even IF a PC version is launched and it lands in my backyeard, I still won't be able to play it right away. And I don't expect any 'No Origin' patches/cracks for the first week anyway so... No ME3 until the 8th for me. Which is only 2 weeks away. I can wait

Stay away from Youtube as well there will be midnight 6 March Full game footage. People will have finished the game on the 8th (if they drop 10 hours each day). So by the time you start playing people will already be on MP and their 2nd playthrough.

Yup, gonna be doing the same and cutting all ties with BSN and Tumblr for at least a week, probably a bit longer.

No doubt there'll be spoilers everywhere by the time we even get the game on the 9th so don't wanna take any chances.

I think it's best to stay away from the BSN once the game is released in order to avoid spoilers.

lol yersterday I got 40K and I spend it in 2 veterans but no asari adept indeed... Hope you have better luck than me. I played with someone with an Asari adept an man, silver round was pretty easy with it...
(I'd like to be on that game when people of the clan plays a full asari commando unit, this would be epic)

for my experiences I'm pretty used to play with adepts, and if even I tried vanguards once, I'm not used to being in the front lines of the battle... I prefer giving my teammates more coberture with biotics protecting them from behind the lines (singularity+warp, push+warp) expecially all biotics combos possibles (this on SP)

while on MP even if I havn't it yet, I played with someone yesterday with an asari adept and trust me, stasis bubble is overpowered... with that you can easily stop the atlas and kill him like it was one cerberus trooper;)

Yup, same here. But since I have to wait for the package with my oldschool physical copy anyway I won't have to be mad at Origin for it's region lock system at least

Well i'll be popping in from time to time from the 6th to the 9th, then i'll retreat to the dark confines of my room and disappear for a week, so you won't be completely alone.

Just a little little hope there: I bought Fifa 12 on origin which also had different release dates for europe and some people (not all but some) could play it on the american release. I was one of the lucky guys. Don't know why origin thought  I bought an american version, but maybe it will work again for me, who knows. On the other side I don't keep my hopes to high. Maybe Origin has improved...

ITs not just europe AU and NZ have to wait till the 9th too.. Though 'technically' it would be the eighth in europe,when it's the ninth here.

At least you peeps in Europe have a chance of getting a space copy.

I think the temperature of the upper atmosphere will freeze the disk and render the game unplayable unless the box is sealed from the cold. So no Liara adventure for us until the 6th or 9th :-)

And what are the chances of getting a copy anyway.
