Thanks to everyone who said they're enjoying Liara’s relationship dialogues in ME3. I’m glad you like them! (I can't take sole credit. Everyone from our cinematic designers to audio artists to Ms. Hillis herself did a wonderful job bringing those scenes to life.)

Yup - the Citadel Talk is where you make your romance choice.

It should, hopefully, just affect the one line. The conditional I was specifically checking was “did you have an intimate moment with Liara in LotSB” which I didn’t use anywhere else. I'm afraid it didn’t set properly.

Is it a glitch with Aethyta?....Aethyta goes off at my Shep about him being Liara's boyfriend and he doesn't set her straight....my Shep has never been in a relationship with Liara, he chose the friend option in ME1...in fact he is very single, has dodged all the relationships....So does anyone know what the story is there?...Glitch?

I actually wrote every Liara conversation on the Citadel except the one with Aethyta (which I thought was a hoot). I’ll inform her writer about it, though. Sounds like a bug.

hey guys finally able to post. Only past getting Eve and ive played over 12 hours. Liara romance, flirting, and conversations are great.

Living prothean...living what...amazing conversations liara has with him!

what happened why so many sad posts. does all the endings really end bad. I had my guide and it said there where a few good endings.

"good" is a relative and subjective term... Personally, I consider them all to be major downers.

I had the one bugged romantic conversation, and now Liara isn't talking to me. She's acting like she did on her ship... "thanks for dropping by."

How long does this last? I know I haven't gotten very far... just playing very slowly since I'm not sure if I can deal with this horrible reconstructed face.

You'll get that off and on all game.  I went to see Liara after every debrief.

That happens on the Citadel not in Shepard's cabin.

There is no such option. IGN is wrong (no offence, but it's a gaming magazine - their main concern is generating advertising revenue rather than accuracy)

No, I forget.  You'll get a message from Liara wanting to  hang out while on the Citadel though

Thank you very much for clarifying. I hope you're right. And who do we have to bribe to get this on the patch fix list? We can get a pool going. I'm in for $20.

Very early on in the game. Just a couple questions. Don't want to read the posts in here because i fear i might run into a spoiler:

1. Is Liara's romance bugged in any way later in the game? So far i've completed the bit where she asks whether or not Shepard wants to continue the relationship. That's it though.

2. How many conversation can i expect to have with Liara? Is there a new conversation after every core mission, or is does she usually go all Zaeed with her dialogue, like after Palaven?

I'm liking Liara a lot more so far. I adored her in ME1, but then in ME2 i guess i was one of the minority who disliked her suddenly cold demeanor. While it is still there in ME3, she's a bit more bubbly. Especially if you recruit the Prothean.

I finished the game about 12 hours ago give or take a few minutes and I'm gutted.  Not mad or rage about the ending, super sad and feeling very emotional.  

I don't know what I am going to do about my fics.  I have a few stories finished but unpublished.  I posted a new one on Wednesday.  I will probably post another one Monday.

I either stop writing or I have to pretend the ending didn't happen that way and AU my stories.  Which is something I didn't/don't want to do.  I like to keep within the canon of the game.    Which is why I think the ending hit me as hard as it did.  *sighs*

1) Word is that the epilogue is a bug, and a one-off check for LotSB flags doesn't work.
2) Roughly one per act (you'll know it when it happens) plus some comments after priority missions.
Also, she may try to kill Prothy at one point

Hey guys, this is a tad off topic, but I wanted to hear from you all if it is possible to get enough war assets to get the "perfect" ending? And how many war assets do you need exactly? I can't find a clear answer without risking spoilers.

I read something along the lines of 4000. Unfortunately, it seems that you HAVE to play multiplayer to achieve that, since i did a completionist playthrough and didn't come close.

please don't stop writeing just au it to hell in fact I ask all you wrighter out ther to au a better ending we all need ome confort after the god awfull ending
