This might be something of a slow reaction on my part but those "I HATE LIARA'S PLOTARMOR WRAAGH!!!"" are starting to annoy me.

I'm pretty sure that you can get that line right after Therum with Ash in the squad as long as you pick the right option. I'd point you to the construction kit but... well, there isn't one.

Exactly. And on a slightly related noted I am also beggining to be bothered by all the "I HATE LIARA'S FORCED FRIENDSHIP WRAAGH!""" since she seems to be the only character recieving this flak despite the fact that almost the entire ME1 cast is retconned into either respecting and admiring Shepard a great deal or being best-friends-for-life. <_<

Thanks for the explanation guys. Next time I'll do a ME playthrough I'll save the consort until after the first romance dialogue with Liara, should be fun to see Liara getting a little jealous.

Ugh yes I know what you mean. I used to just post my positive thoughts about Liara in those kinds of topics but no one will even listen anyway. Best thing you can do is just ignore the entire topic. Those haters are just upset because their favorite character didn't get as much attention as Liara.

I'm not annoyed that users voice their honest opinion about Squadmates.
The only disrespectful and annoying thing is, people jumping into threads with a provocative sentence about different Squadmembers, that doesn't add anything to the discussion, just to show how much they dislike this character.

They are quite a view characters on this board who behave like divas.

She wasn't a permanent squadie in me2 so no death.

Yeah, man, I cant understand those people. If there would be Tali with plotarmor and noone else, I wouldn't complain as long as I have choice to make sure Liara lives or every other squadmate that I like.

Liara and Wrex were my permanent team in Mass Effect. I adore her and can't wait to use her in my team again. She looks like she's grown powerful and more badass with the years.

I've been enjoying writing what both characters did before they met and looking at Liara's life with her mother, the acolytes, her hobbies, her best friend, her job on Thessia, her first crush/girlfriend, her goals; it has made me like her even more.  
For me, I would be apprehensive though to put it out there because I wouldn't want someone else getting upset at something I did with Liara ...

Fanfiction always have been about imagination, it would be strange someone gets upset over that, and to be honest with what you describe it makes me very interested on reading what you write. The first crush part makes me sooo curious.

I would be very happy if you could share your thoughts, for the ones that have no talent in writing like me

Liara didnt have such blue eyes in ME1 , neither she did prior to the SB DLC ... I still like her , but she looked better back in time <_<
