I don't know for sure, but make the green bar 100% full and I also had full reputation (100% paragon for me). In that case you should get all possible endings and you can choose which one you wanna have. The game still will depress you no matter what...

There's a kind of "bonus" ending (sort of) if you choose the red ending with an EMS over 4000.

I carried over a romanced Liara and stayed with her in ME3 (got the date on the citadel and the sex scene), but I never got this thing about Aethyta. When did it occur and where?

I don't remember which, but it should be about half or two third through the game...

I guess I'll just keep going back to the Citadel. Have to anyways since I also missed Kasumi.

I am surprised that someone persons haven't the romance with Liara after the meet after Udina,aboard the normandy,at the beginnig
at first my shep has romanced Liara since ME1,faithfull in ME2,done Lostb
after the meet Udina,aboard Normandy,first meet with Liara
- blabla blable then
Liara approach Shep.
- Liara says "Shep I want to ask tou something",it's done several years we are separed (and Lostb ??? bug ?)
- Shep. can say "You Attire me" et he/she says "I don't forgot you,I want it"
- Liara : "Ouf ! I was worried"
Shép. hold Liara and caress her right cheek "they are many reasons I am happy to find you over Mars"
Liara go,end of the conversation and she says "I must work with EDI,you say me some later,but I am haste to speak you other things that works ... perhaps some later"
forme the romance is very active and the scene was great and ... warm

It"s not a bug that always happen.  I started a new game with same Shepard only a different file.  This time I included all the DLC and Liara didn't act like they've been apart for years.  That is why the writer isn't sure if it will be fixed or not.

Writer said that a few pages back.

I don't know if there is a "perfect" ending.  The biggest thing isn't the % because I never got above 50%, but the green bar below it.  Mine was completely full.  I didn't start playing any MP until last night.

I didn't get any of that in the import I used first.  I imported my canon storyline for my canon femShep last night,  Couldn't get far from the hallow feeling I was feeling last night.  Think I will be alright today.  Or I hope anyway.

It's that scene actually.  Liara talks about her mother and playing in a park and digging in the dirt.  And getting into trouble for it.  Liara makes a comment about doing more of this as friends that is when Shepard tells Liara she wants more.  Liara's reaction is wonderful.  I was about to record that scene.  I have a save right before I talk to Liara.  I'll post it if you like.

What is the 'perfect' ending anyway?

I did rewatch the love scene vid I took my first playthrough and I loved it even more the second viewing XD

I still think it's better than the ME1/LotSB ones.

There's a date or hang out scene with everyone (I think). They should send you "meet me on the Citadel when you have time" emails. I spent time with James, Liara, Garrus and Kaidan. Even though I had a Liara romance the Garrus hang out scene was my favorite. I am looking forward to seeing that scene in my Garrusmance playthrough.

I still need to come up with a headcanon reason for this friend talk. Why would she still assume that they're friends? I mean... marriage and little blue children ring a bell?

I was hoping they'd be a real couple in ME3. But I guess they had to make her accessible to new players. It's really disappointing.

But after the second Priority Citadel mission; I got an email from Samantha asking me to play a game of chess with her.

Is there a way of me rejecting Samantha and getting back with Liara without reloading a past save game or do I need to reload a past save game.

She's being super-cautious?  Wasn't sure if Shepard was joking or not and needed a straighter answer?

I'd reload or your Liara romance will be messed, I think.

As long as you don't actually shower with Samantha, you are good.

Just don't try it on with her. You can actually just play chess. It didn't affect an Ashley romance one bit.

My first playthrough was male and she only is a female option I think. Either way you can invite everyone (thats a thing for almost all your squadmates, the secret project for example also exist in a friendship way with different soundtrack instead of the love theme), if you don't want more than friendship there will always be a way to say it.
