I don't think Shep is indoctrinated. Played through the Thessia mission again today, and Vendetta the Prothean VI detects Kai Leng's indoctrination, but detects nothing from Shep.

Liara's romance was the best one, hell, Liara was the character that received the best treatment in the whole series IMO. Not that I'm complaining mind you, it just seems really unfair if you compare her romance to, say, Jacob or Thane.

YOu know the worst thing about that scene, is shepard. The reaction from shepard is so...well...depressing.

No, and I was very diligent about checking my emails too. I'm not sure what it was, but I'm sad that I missed that, the scene after Thessia, and her conversation with her Father. I'm thinking about starting a new playthrough but I'm still just too depressed about the ending.
