Quick question: if you get the time capsule-scene (with "I Was Lost Without You" playing), does that mean that I've somehow been ninjamance'd by her? I honestly can't remember if I chose a somekind of romantic dialogue option when I spoke to her earlier in her office...
No. It's not connected to romance.

Now, is it just me, or did Dr. T'Soni not have many dialogues in this game? I don't refer to true dialogues, ME1 and ME2 style, since those were limited across the board. But you usually got one line feedback, or pseudo-conversations with party members after missions: they usually had a few things to say. Javik was especially good at this, almost always having about 3 lines after each mission. Dr. T'Soni never seemed to say much except her generic "thanks for coming by."
Yep, I noticed that too.

It seemed to vary. After some missions (like the genophage) she had a handful of things to say. With others, nothing.
RE: ME1/ME2 style dialog, it seemed like there was just as much (if not more) in ME3 but it was separated out over different areas (Citadel, Shepard's room, Liara's room).

Now to start my first renegade mshep. I suppose I should try Ashley this time, but it's going to be realllly difficult not romancing Liara in ME1. I'm not sure I can handle it.

Just an update regarding the LotSB rekindling savegame issue. I went to the ME3 save editor thread and asked what the flags for Liara's romance plot were and they're the following ones:
14169,6927,6931,6815,7051,7035,7151
The LotSB one was 7035, which effectively I had it set as "false" in my save when it should have been set to "true". To fix it you need to:
- Download the ME3 save editor from her: http://svn.gib.me/builds/masseffect3/
- Open it (the executable is in the bin folder, the file with the pink square icon).
- Once in the program click "Open" and choose your career (the savefile you want to edit).
- Go to the "Plot" tab (the one with the heart).
- In the "Bool" box, type 7035, click the "Is Set" checkbox next to it and then click the "Set" button, if done correctly it should tell you: "bool 7035 set to True (was False)".
- Then click save and choose "Save to Career".
Always make a backup of your saves prior to editing them, of course.
You are amazing, thank you!

Will this change the whole romance or does it only affect one dialogue?
One dialog (that we know of).
Which one is that? The one where you commit to her? What does it change to?

The very first part of the game were she tells Shepard that many years passed since they were together.

However it's still not working with
bool 14169 is set to True
bool 6927 is set to True
bool 6931 is set to True
bool 6815 is set to True
bool 7051 is set to True
bool 7035 is set to True
bool 7151 is set to True

I hope it gets patched. If not, I'll just have to interpret it as "Well, we haven't been together for years. I mean, we had that one weekend where we got together, but still, it's been years since we've really been together."
That's what I'm hoping too. Shouldn't be too hard to fix, I think. If they'll fix that it might be a good enough reason for me to start my second playthrough, who knows.

It's small things like that that I'm missing a bit from most of the DA/ME romances. A lot better than only having it peak on the night before the final battle as usual

If it was Liara instead of Shepard at the end who needed to make a choice, what choice do you think she'd pick?
I think destroy, after all that's what they've been fighting for all this time.
Also I don't believe the Kid/Harbinger for a second that the "destroy" end would kill EDI and the Geth, after all, that's curiously the only ending where Shepard "survives" and Shep has a lot tech and cybernetic implants.

Destroying the Reapers, I got the feeling she was really pissed about Thessia.
