Just finished my ME3 playthrough, and really enjoyed the Liara romance. Like HA I missed out on the Aethyta cameo though :-/

No talk with Liara after that.  I was hoping there was one, but there isn't.  It didn't affect my romance with her at all.  I did LOL'ed at the things said between the two.  Aethyta is too damn funny.

All over asari commandos.  I ran through those lines a second time because they cracked me up so much.

That was good too.  I like how Shep just said, "Liara." and she goes, "Fine" and walks off to talk to her father.  I thought it was nice that Aethyta admitted she didn't know crap after 1000 years when they were talking about Nezzy.  She's nice unlike me.  I don't know about that Aethyta.  Benezia tried to kill me, while you threatened me.

I also like how you can make the Renegade interrupt right back at Aethyta...my Shep might be a paragon, but he'll go Renegade if anyone threatens his gal.

The matriarchs are the threat hanging over Liara, not Aethyta.

No dead Liara body in my game, just dead soldiers, and I had Liara and Garrus with me in that final mission ~ Paragon me1/me2/me3 Liara romance ~ loyal to the end game import.

How did they miraculously teleport onto the Normandy? They were running right next to me when the beam hit..... 'insert spooky twilight zone music'

Interesting what Turbo_J said, I also found those dreams had hidden meanings. I'm hoping there is more to that twilight zone ending than what Bioware is telling... future dlc ending twist mmk yes please.

Another thing that stuck with me was Legion and shepard's Tron semi dream state...

That confused me as well. I think those endings must be pre-set, and happen regardless of who died on Earth in that Reaper Charge.

I finished a 2nd run this evening and I looked behind me when I jumped down to head to the beam and I didn't see Liara or Garrus.  I had both with me this time.  Liara and EDI last time.  So far Liara has been in ever ending I've seen.  Which is good.  I cried enough when I saw the ending the first time and Shepard died.  I know I will cry harder if I see Liara dead.

You make the renegade interrupt at Aethyta because she's the one telling you about threat, but clearly your anger is not directed at her, but at those who're using her to keep an eye on Liara...

I didn't get the option to tell her I want to be more than friends during her project convo but later on the Citadel at marketplace.

Well, yeah, the LotSB import isn't working too well. There are some flags listed here but there seems to be bit more to it than that because it still doesn't trigger the right dialogue.

I think they set it up that way because you can romance Liara even if you didn't romance her in ME1.  Same is true with Ash and Kaidan.  Because I talked to Kaidan before Liara in the first run I did and he told me he wanted to be with me and I was Ah, no.  Kaidan.  We've had this talk before and I picked Liara over you.  Then I talked to Liara and told her being friends isn't going to cut it.

2nd run, I talked to Liara first then Kaidan and that talk was different.  Shep said Kaidan was like her brother.  Which is better than him hitting in Shep again after she turned him down.

I don't think they can take in to account all the possiblities when they made everyone available again.

The writer for Liara admitted that they should have added something like Liara putting her head on Shepard's shoulder if in a romance.  No biggie to me.  That scene is still very good.

There is only one thing so far that the writer is saying is bugged and that is the first conversation on the Normandy when Liara says it's been years if your rekindled in the DLC.  The rest seems to work fine.  Because there is a difference in the final cabin scene before going after TIM at his base.  

No DLC, but romanced Liara in ME1.  Shepard says "I love you" first
With DLC Liara says it first.  That I have noticed the difference.  

You also don't get the blue children line at the end game talk if you didn't do the DLC.  So the DLC imports works exepct for one scene.

I think I had the initial conversation about getting back together with Liara before Ash even rejoined, so it never initiated? Not sure how it works.

The romance isn't locked in until you tell Liara you want to be more than friends.  That is when the achievement unlocks.  So far I know nothing about Ash, because the two runs I've done have been with my canon femShep and Ash was left on Virmire.  Not sure which Shepard to use next.  Another femShep(angry femShep that is single) or my broShep with Ash then Jack.  I don't know yet.  Guess I'll sleep on it.

Doesn't need to be a dual moon. That can easily be Zion. A very large planet, you wouldn't have a problem seeing that Planet from Eden Prime. Zion has a moon.
Tough choice, I love Jack and Liara, both romances delivered big time.

Doesn't need to be a dual moon. That can easily be Zion. A very large planet, you wouldn't have a problem seeing that Planet from Eden Prime. Zion has a moon.

I know.  Liara's romance is wonderful and I'm almost tempted to have all my Sheps be with her even though some are with others. 

If I do the Jack import, I have to make sure I do Grissom before talking to the salarian Councilor because I didn't the last run I did and Elysium was gone.  

Never thought about Zion.  Thanks for that.  

Now to headcanon the Normandy being fixed so Liara can get to Earth to be with her bondmate.  Even if it takes decades.  Shep should still be around.  I hope anyway.
