Anyway, Liara saying all those things just before the final push is as natural as all the others saying goodbye, nobody knows if they'll make it out alive. Hell it only took 5 years and 3 games to get an I love you from both of them. But Liara also made it clear that her gift is many things, a goodbye included. I chose to think of it as that final promise my Shep made, that she'll definitely come back to Liara. A promise is a promise.

Hey, thanks for the hugs. It is hard to explain to friends in RL that I really don't feel like doing anything for the rest of the day after that happened. Plus, I get hugs on the interwebs

I honestly would have happy with one little blue asari. If Liara had twins (can Asari have twins?), that would just be phenominal. I don't think I could ask for anything more than that.

I was kinda curious about that one line shepard says, "We'll make up a good story for them." after liara says something about all those little blue kids will be disappointed she didn't have a speech. Was she trying to be optimistic? or..

In Kasumi's loyalty mission there are two teal coloured Asari that I'm pretty sure were twins.

It's the best time to be honest, one last opportunity to give continuity to Shepard in case things go really bad (and they actually went really bad for Shepard).

Well, if one looks at the impregnation rate on the advent of a war it sharply increases to offset the massive loss of life. In Mass Effects' case, a loss of life beyond anything the galaxy has experienced up to that point. So hinging on that point, that is the best time for Liara to conceive. As they both know that the probability of both of them surviving is slim to none.

That and none of the physical side effects of pregnancy (If there are any with Asari) would kick in until a while after the cataclysm takes place. Hence the reason I sat there, watching all the credits in hopes for a small cut scene after their passing. The cut scene it did show was pretty...intense but not what I was looking for. So now I am left wondering about what could have been.

I can't get that ending where Shepard "lives'' for the life of me - closest i can get to 4000 is 3750 and its pissing me off...may need to branch into MP ...baaah i hate 360 MP.

So the required MP score is 4000 for Shepard to live? Are there any other requirements?

nah not MP, EMS needs to be around 4000 for a Shepard lives ending (provided you save anderson?) 5000 and it's pretty much a garuntee no matter what happens to anderson. MP just boosts the galactic readiness of what you all ready have and raises it a bit through the fun filled use of simple mathematics.

Wait, I thought that Anderson dies or at least passes out on the Citadel? Pretty sure my Shep missed when TIM tried to make me kill him... Shouldn't matter though, I think it was all a dream anyways. Shep and Liara will gotta make it out alive!
